Does that answer your question??? I have always believed that God has a sense of humor, and I do, too, but today I lost it--(my sense of humor). We were predicted to have snow and high winds. It rained all night and most of the morning, and was so dreary, that I was down in the dumps. About noon, the sun came out bright as could be and there wasn't a bit of wind. The temp quickly climbed to almost 60 and I was so happy. I was having a grilled steak for lunch, but I don't like to eat until about 1:00 p.m., so I waited, thinking I wouldn't have to do it with an umbrella. When it was time to go out to start the grill, the sun was gone, the wind blowing like a tornado and it was pouring down sleet! The temp had already fallen to 40 degrees! I was not amused! I imagined God up there laughing at me! I had to put on rain gear to grill my steak, but I got-r-done! It was delicious, but my mood would be better if the sun would shine and the wind stop.

Glenda--while you are out and about, could you run over to Woodstock Water Buffalo and pick me up some buffalo fresh mozzarella cheese??? It has to be used up within a very few days after it is finished, so could you be a dear drive it straight down to me??? I'd really like to have an authentic Caprese salad, and that's the only place in this country that makes it. Oh, that's right--you can just click your heels and be right here! I'll have the fresh tomatoes and fresh basil ready.

          Sunny!

Excellent! I did 20 minutes on the stepper, but even later than last night (7:50 to 8:20). I was thinking today that there is no reason that I couldn't have been doing leg lifts, etc. on the bed, except I hate to do them. I used to do them in the morning before I got out of bed, but I don't have heat in my bedroom and it is too cold when I first get up. It's getting warmer now, so I don't have an excuse--except I hate to do them worse than any other exercise. I can't wait to get back into a regular routine! I had so much more energy.

                    Sunny!

Thanks everyone!! I'm so excited about the weightloss mainly because I added a food back in this week to see if it was really a staller and found out it wasn't. I added back in pinto beans. This morning I moved to Rung 9 after thinking about it for two weeks. My food for this week to try is oatmeal. I had 1/4 cup oats with butter and a pack of Splenda this morning and it didn't stir up any cravings. Thank God!! Oh, I also added the Breyer Fudge bars this week (3 carbs). Oh my gosh!! They are so delish!!! I've been eating them daily...thus far no negatives.

I'm sorry Sunny about the psycho weather (I thought that only happened in Kentucky). I have to admit that all of your sense of humors have me ROTFLOL!!! It was much needed so thanks.

Okay, tonight I did Turbo Jam Learn & Burn (15 minutes but, oh my gosh, burn is right). I also did Winsor Pilates with Resistance (band) which is 20 minutes. I've updated my stats below for the exercise minutes.

Well, goodnight all my buds!! I'm so tired. I know I'll sleep well tonight. I'm going to go set this clock ahead (this time of year wears me out so I'll be taking Melatonin tonight to help get my body clock in order).

                          Hey Ladies,

Lisa, I went to see College Road Trip Also (took the son and nephews). It was better than I'd thought it would be. SOme parts were hilarious.

Sunny, I hope you get your energy back.

Cat, good job on the exercise.

                          Marty baby..where you at?

Catherine, Are you feeling any better? Hope you get better soon and fast.

Lashon, I hope you and Brittany get well soon and fast also.

Sherri...keep up the good work on the cheat free days.

Glenda...don't freeze out there. I'd love to see some of your quilts if you have time to post some of the pics here. I love quilts. I had a Holly Hobby one as a child. Remember...Holly Hobby? LOL

We have lost many sister...hope they are not struggling.

Well ladies, tonight I made faux mac and cheese with sharp cheddar cheese. It was very easy.

                          I used cauliflour.

I didnt really have a recipe. I just mixed things together.

Cauliflour, boil for about 7 min and drain
mix in this order: butter, heavy cream and cheese. I just put as much in there as I like. Here is a pic. I made a small bowl of it.

I guess that wicked weather is just making it's rounds. Did I tell ya'll that a generous stranger plowed my driveway yesterday? I'm still in awe of this and grateful to God. I took pics late yesterday evening of Tashiana in the snow and I'll try to get those posted this evening.

Catherine, I'm so sorry. Feeling bad (croup) is bad enough without that butt munch TOM. I'm PMSng big time. With this stupid fibroid and endometriosis I am not regular and I hate that. The only thing that alerts me are these stupid cramps that I'm enduring right now. One more child and it's all getting taken out.

Kass, I so wished I liked the cauliflower. I just can't make myself like it. That looks delish ... especially since I love mac & cheese. Oh why can't they make a carb-free noodle?

Hola Sherri, Sunny, Marty, Lisa, and Liz. Our group narrowed down quickly. I hope the others didn't give up.
