    That was BILL?? Wow, amazing, what does he have to worry about anyway? Way to go!!! Yeah, I can't help wieghing almost daily, but take is with a grain of salt! I feel pretty sure I will reach 10 pounds lost by the end of 14 days, so I am happy. I will post the taco seas recipe later, taking a break with the kids!!!

            Poor Bill, he'll be black and blue! So I just got home from buying some L-Glutamine (finally! I had the hardest time finding it until I finally checked GNC - duh). So I've got a scoop in my water and my fingers are crossed that it might actually help me....somehow.

                Yup, it's suppose to help curb cravings, but when I was looking it up on the internet it does an amazing amount of wonderful things for your body! Even without the cravings it sounds like a fantastic supplement. L-caratine is suppose to be good as well and help to rev up the metabolism. I'm going to pick some of that up next.

                    I will be interested to see how that turns out. I have read of some people having great success with supplements. I don't take any myself...mostly because I can never remember to take them...LOL. Keep us updated please!!

                      Elsie--There's nothing to forgive..again thanks..I needed a reality slap and some sleep! chewed on this so much wasn't sleeping..everything back to normal!
                      If you go a few pages back I used a quote from Sherri and sent it to --tommorrow--about L-Glutamine..DR A writes about it and it really help Sherri and so many other's here...
                      really want to try your new recipe..kind of getting bored with my salads rolled in a lettuce leaf..
                      tommorrow--good luck! and I hope in 2 weeks you will be saying "gee this wasn't so bad!" will look up L-caratine..interesting.

                      The scale thing..
                      reason I said it is because it's as Elsie said..she can read it and understand it..but I read so many posts like: I'm down 4 pounds! Whoop! Whoop! and 24 hours later same poster: I've gained wieght! so depressed Atkin's isn't for me! no sence playing with that yo-yo!

                        still no E-mails or correct smilies..think I need to inform the Admins. of this board.

                        hey and I'm ok..yes I got beaten up..have a large purple mark on my cheek and I think I "Flat Lined" there for a bit..but scale started bouncing and you could here the ping of the heart beat again.

                        Tried my first routine with the Ball..stand about 6 feet from the wall..now lay the ball out in front of you and push! it hits the wall and comes back!!
                        Geez! few of these a day and Olympics here I come!

                            Re: scale thing....So true Bill...we lose a lot of people that second week because they knew how much they lost the first week and didn't do so well the second. If they hadn't weighed until the end of the second week they would have been estatic with their results. It is a shame!

                            Bill...have you tried logging out and logging back in?? I know it shouldn't make a difference but you never know. Today I noticed there is not the link bar at the bottom to go to the other forums. Still working out kinks I guess. I would report it as it is a pain in the butt to try to keep track of your posts.

                            ...is that large purple mark from me or from the ball hitting ya in the face???

                                Hey it's like you said were here to cheer on. keep motivating and inspiring all the Bud's and picking them up and helping them to keep moving forward is part of what we Bud's do!

                                Signed up! 4/7 for me..didn't want to go insane my first challenge..it's only 30 day's and sounds like fun too!
