crayfish tails served over shredded lettuce and chopped sweet red peppers with a good dollop of no-sugar mayo. Simple, quick to assemble and yummy!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Cooked up some super quick meatballs. 1lb ground chuck, 1 lb bulk hot italian sausage, 1 egg, splash of cream, italian seasoning, couple cloves of minced garlic, chili flakes, salt, black pepper and a ton of parm. To serve, heated up some low carb marinara and melted a little cream cheese and mozzarella into the sauce. Yummo.

The smoke salmon turned out very well!

So tonight I'm having a salmon salad: red onion slivers, fresh Italian parsley leaves, capers, lemon juice, olive oil, and the leftover salmon. Yum!

Use a blender. If you don't have a blender, then a food mill. If you don't have those tools, then buy a blender.

I found a great recipe for gazpacho too and I posted it in the side dishes forum.

                              RE: Blender v. Food Processor

Blenders are better for pureeing because it creates a whirlpool that sucks the larger particles into the blades. So if you need something to be thoroughly pureed, use a blender.
