Tonight we had a delicious striploin steak....ceasar salad and green beans. I said to hubby after dinner.... ...I sure don't feel like we are on a diet...that was good eating!!!
Cooked up some super quick meatballs. 1lb ground chuck, 1 lb bulk hot italian sausage, 1 egg, splash of cream, italian seasoning, couple cloves of minced garlic, chili flakes, salt, black pepper and a ton of parm. To serve, heated up some low carb marinara and melted a little cream cheese and mozzarella into the sauce. Yummo.

im on week 2 of induction.... does that sound ok?? )))reassurance!!
Also we have Coke Total over here, am I allowed on induction???
Blenders are better for pureeing because it creates a whirlpool that sucks the larger particles into the blades. So if you need something to be thoroughly pureed, use a blender.
