Just watch out for your ratios with having those high protein puddings as according to their website
Each serving is lactose free, contains 20 grams of high quality protein, only 2 grams or less of carbohydrates, and 2 grams of fat.
Maybe adding some cream to them will make them more 'Atkinsy'?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Now that I'm using Fitday (4th day now) I hate to think how "off" my ratios probably were before I kept track! Now I have an excellent record and can spot where I need to make adjustments going forward.

Thanks Elizellen - that's a great (and yummy!) way to get the ratios right.

Breakfast was MUP made with 3/4 cup pumpkin, 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, 1 oz finely shredded unsweetened coconut, 1 tbsp. almond meal, 2 pkts splenda, 1 oz cream cheese. And it was YUMMY. I love the texture that the coconut and almond meal give it...feels like I'm cheating and eating pumpkin pie without the crust! Also had all my vitamins supplements for this morning and 2-16 oz bottles of H2O.

Ok...so lunch was 1 oz sugar snap peas, 2 hb eggs, 1 stick of pepperoni, 25 wasabi & soya sauce flavored almonds, 1 whole red pepper.

Dinner was farmers sausage with 35 green beans (I counted them when I was cutting the ends off...lol).

                  Totals today:
                  Calories 1631
                  Fat 67%
                  Carbs 9% (63 carbs - 25 fiber = 38 net carbs)
                  Protein 23%

Not happy with these totals today. Calories are higher than I'd like and fat is higher than I'd like. I had to use up the sausage though before it went bad. Going to stick to leaner meats!

                            Hello

Breakfast - Atkins Chocolate Royale Shake

                            Lunch - MUP with almonds

2 Snacks - 1 serving of sugar snap peas and 2 cups of jicama with an ounce of cheddar cheese

Dinner - Sauteed fresh shrimp in butter on stovetop and poured over 3 cups of salad with Ken's Creamy Ceasar Salad Dressing.

                            Fitday Totals:
                            1603 Calories

I barely squeaked in enough protein today... 25% is at the low end of the 25 to 30% that I strive for. I did it, though!
