A few of us have been seeing a hard time and need to take a step back and re-evaluate ourselves and our woe. So, instead of us crowding journals and holding the same conversation in 4 journals, here's the thread to move to.
Me personally, I had a cheat. I ate taco bell. I was within my carb range BUT there is sugar and white flour involved. So I am taking a step back. I initially was going to go back to induction for a week. I think instead I will drop back to dairy from grains. Let's get this out girls. One week. You have to POST YOUR FOODS here.
