Pre-Breakfast - Atkins Chocolate Royale Shake

          Breakfast - MUP with almonds

Lunch - tuna with egg and mayo (ugh - not a big fan of tuna. I only have it when I make it for my husband, which isn't very often.)

Snack - whole, large cucumber; 1 serving of sugar snap peas

Dinner - Caeser Salad with Blackened Shrimp

I got the salad from a restaurant, and I don't feel like trying to guestimate totals for it in Fitday. In fact, I've been so busy today that I haven't entered anything into Fitday, and I'm not going to bother for today.

I am sorry, but now I'm back from being AWOL. We had to get hospice in for my 88 year old father who is in the last stages of altzheimer's, so I have been in Ca. for the past three days. I still stayed with the program, but couldn't keep my carb count up high enough and ratios were all out of whack. I put everything back in today and amazingly, my calories stayed pretty consistant between 1800 and 2000 calories while I was gone and carbs stayed between 50 and 70, but I am supposed to be up to 95 net carbs this week. I think I am going to have to ease back into it. If I jump them up all at once, no telling what would happen.

Gee, thanks y'all. I guess this isn't just a diet support board is it? Ya'll are great!

I thought stress was supposed to make you gain weight, but I got on the scale this morning and found I had lost 4 lbs since a week ago Wednesday! Wow, after struggling just to make goal in the Halloween challenge losing only a lb a week and just making goal n the very last minute, I drop 4 lbs just like that! One big giant woooshie! Who would have thunk it?

Anyway things are back to somewhat normal and here is what I had yesterday.

My net carbs are way too low today. I usually have mostly veggies at lunch, and then again for a snack. I didn't have that today, and instead I ate the pork chops. The pork chops aren't bad, but I should have eaten veggies with it because now my protein is too high for today. And it's not that I didn't have veggies available... my refrigerator is full of them. Today was hectic, and I just didn't do it. Lame reason... I'm disappointed, but it's only one day and I will do better tomorrow.
