--but this thread has helped me focus on something I really need--vigilance. My losses have slowed (only 4 1/2 pounds in the last month and I still have a long way to go) and I had really gotten a bit lax and not done fitday since the end of February.
, cutting back cheese and dairy some) and have felt great the past 2 days since making these adjustments and calories down to about 1700. Really reduced my feeling hungry and I am hoping to increase my rate of losing a bit.
