You can also reduce the frequency of communion for yourself...a common opinion is that if you do it every week it becomes routine and we tend to lose the attitude of reverence and gratitude we should maintain during the experience. So if you still had problems you would only have to face it once a month.
Thedogatemyname says...The Lord's Supper is one of those times where I just don't count carbs. I'll drink the juice and the cracker. The importance of this is much more to me than the carb count. I have a feeling Jesus will work it all out
Irishmom82 says...Contrary to a lot of "beliefs" you actually do not need to consume the body and blood for the communion to count. If the bread/cracker is causing you cravings just have small sip of the wine.
For you to fulfill the Sacrament of Communion you need to consume either the bread or wine, you do not need to have both. Try just taking the wine and see if that causes cravings.
This is all according to the Catholic Faith. I can find a source if you would like it.

Val...well see..I didn't exactly find this spot all by myself...It all started when I smacked a flopping negative fish and he pushed me back...and with a little help from Elizellen....here is where I and we landed. Home artificial sweetner Home. Hmmm...just doesn't have the same ring to it does it? Oh well...all tastes the same once you add the drool! Keep working!

so here i am back again hoping to get it right. I never went thru the rungs properly and i plan on trying it this time, i dont think atkins works right unless u do so bc u then realise u can eat for life when u gradually reintroduce "everyday " foods and hopefully less likely to fall off the wagon..... but then again what do i know i never got pass rung 1 ??
