LOL! I just did my fitday and as I wrote in my Stats Journal, I only had 12 NET veggie carbs today! I'm having 1.5 cups of mixed greens (collards, mustard and something else) which seems like alot to eat, but I have to!
Listen up people, especially Rung 1 ers! Here's what I did to bump myself from 7 - 12...Added sauteed onions to the greens, so I figure about 1/4 cup of cooked onions!

How are we supposed to post our results next week? I didn't know if we were going to post daily or maybe a weekly recap. Is there going to be a separate thread just for posting?

if you feel the need to post daily, do that. it's perfectly fine. some won't report in at all, others will do it every day. if helps you to keep on track, post away!

Uh oh...confusion is setting in.
I was on FitDay and my focus was 17-20 net carbs from veggies, so I was really paying attention to the carb count, and wasn't thinking, "I have to have 2 cups of this and 1 more cup of that". I was adding things like, 3 cherry tomatoes, 6 Romaine lettuce leaves, 3 cauliflower florets...".
Is that right, or I am goofy?

This challenge has sprung forth a huge upheaval in our WOE! We are freaking out about veggies!!! Nice!
I bought some portobellos for stuffing.....and oh- 1 cup of green beans is 4 net grams of carbs...that's not too bad
