        No scale to day! One week down. I'm not sure if I even want to weigh tomorrow. I'm kinda liking this freedom. The scale has controlled me way to long. But, I'm weak and I know I will get on the scale first thing in the morning.

            Yessss, Sunday March 28 and my scale had appeared again. I did weigh and lost 1kg (2.2 pounds). I had hoped for more, but it is also very nice to see numbers on the scale I hadn't seen in a long time. And how nice to update my ticker and my details. Since it is only 1kg, I don't think it makes sense to weigh more often than once a week. I don't think I can handle the fluctuation and the very slow drop day by day. Nice to know that I'm doing the right thing with eating. Hope you guys have some nice drops too

              Wish I could say the same!! I have put on 2lbs
              Went a bit mad when we had the roast the other day and had three roast potatoes.

                Finally, I weighed today and am down 3.2 lbs. This has been a good week for me. Most of them aren't like this!!
                149.8/no weigh/ 119



                1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                what the rungs mean to me:
                rung 1 - more veggies
                rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                rung 4 - berries, melon
                rung 5 - wine -
                rung 6 - beans, hummus
                rung 7 - other fruits
                rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                (on to pre-maintenance)

                  I weighed in in this morning at 187.5. That's a little too much to be loosing in one week on pre-maint, but I had been stuck at 190 since March 1st. So it's not too much when that is factored in.

                    Today Sunday I felt nervous about getting on the scale. 1 pound lost.I am very pleased with myself. I am surprised that I was able to keep off that scale for a week, and feel I can do it again next week.

                      Well I weighed this morning and I am down 2lbs since last Sunday. Official weight this week 128.7 lbs Yahhoooo.
                      Mini Goals
                      139- Met 2/10/10
                      135- Met 2/25/10
                      130- Met 3/21/10
                      129- So I can say I am in the 120s- Met 3/29/10 128.7lbs yay
                      125- 4/20/10 5 to go!

                        I weighed today too. It hasn't been quite a week for me because I cheated on the very first day, how sad is that.

                        So, when the challenge started I was 260, today 255.4!

                        I think that number is a bit low because I got sick yesterday and only had clear liquids. We will see what next week hold with that factored in I don't expect a big loss but I have committed my self to going 1 WHOLE WEEK without weighting.

                          Actually I realized I weighed myself with clothing... So when I took my shower, I re-weighed and came in at 186. I checked it against the other scale, and it showed the same weight. Too much to loose in a week. It's a little scary. I usually gain 1-2 lbs when I have a loss like that, so it's probably not a big deal.

                            Exactly 138.00 again. Not bad since I partied on Friday night and didn't drink a lot of water yesterday. Since I cheated on Thursday I am going to try make it 5 days this time instead of 4.

                                what a bunch of great posts! look at how well you've done! even though virsec had a gain, the challenge was to stay scale free and that was accomplished.

                                i have weighed and i neither gained nor lost. still 137. more than i want to be but it confirms that my attire at the dr.s office the other day was making me hefty. lol

                                good job challengers! i'm marking little x's on my chart for you. enjoy the day, bask in you freedom to weigh if you want for tomorrow we get back it!
