    I feel shitty again I think I ate too much Fat Lord I hope I don't have a gallbladder problem that would suck. I am feeling better now but, man I felt horrid when I woke up it's like eat right now damnit or I'm gunna PUKE I think I may need to put some stuff by my bed. My body sleeps and needs fuel now when it wakes up. I hate this cause now I am having my protein shake and feel tons better. HMMM. WEIRD oh well.

    So today I am doing weight training and also I may do strippersize.

    I am in the Presidental Champion thingie and I am 76 points away from my gold Medal. I attacked my poor hubby last night I'm sure that was worth 76 points HA HA HA HA HA.

    Any how everyhting is going great excelp I still have a touch of the runs and I still feel a bit off but, all in all it's excellent.

        AH I'm all right it won't stop me from doing anything darn it I am RESILIANT I am SUPERWOMAN. Ya right if I had her Bod man that would be excellent. OH Maybe I should dress like Superwoman next Halloween that would Be FRUCKIN Fantastic I would love that and I could show off my abs wear a Bikini with a cape and still be in perfect form. ROFL WHIP SOME MEN. Ok, I did get some but, man my sex drive is up there this is nuts well I like it But I'm gunna need an inflateable doll or somehting or a bouncing ball with a Big ......on it so I can just bounce up and down get my exercise and have fun too.

          OMG, sarah you are too much, lol. Well at least you got some.

          I must have gotten bit visited by the excercise fairy last night or something because even though yesterday I was planning on making this a rest day I got up and felt the desire to work out. I started out with WATP, the three mile tape but after a mile I got really bored. So I took it out and did WATP walk and jog, you walk for 3 minutes run for 2 for about 30 minutes. I felt great! I got to jog which is something that I have been wanting to do for a while and it was fun. After that I still didn't feel tired so I popped in Turbo Jam, learn and burn. I had seen it before but this was the first time I ever did it, it was so much fun. The moves are a little tricky especially for someone like me who is kinda clutzy and uncoordinated. But it was the first time I did it and for the most part I could keep up. I know as I do it more it'll get easier and become more familiar. I feel pretty good.

          I think from now on I'm gonna combine walk and jog and turbo jam.

          Hey Rikki, what are the other turbo jam tapes? are there a lot of them, I've only got turbo jam but am thinking I should get the next one up, which one do you use?

            Hey, yoly Morning girl. I will enjoy my stipping But I gotta keep my clothes On DAMN IT HA HA HA!!! HMMM I always womdered what it would be like to feel so great about your bod you could just take your clothes off and feel good about it I would like to be to that point.

                Rule #1 - I can do the no cheating period - it's approx 6 weeks till my parents-in-law arrive and I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR MY MIL tell me I am overweight again!!! I can do the no cheating period because my cravings seem to have completely disappeared regardless what what I've eaten the day before and I'm simply not hungry. Plus, I really really don't feel like eating all those refined foods anyway.

                Hey Sarah, I'm not sure about the other rules though. I'm waiting to get new orthotics for my feet (still pretty painful to run), so the best i can do is walk to and from work at a slow-medium pace. Is that ok? I'll do pilates/yoga on weekends at home.

                Rule # 3 - I will do my best!!!

                Oh and I just answered Rule #4 in Rule #1

                  Oh ya, walking is GREAT do anything you can that's the best you can do and when you get those new orthotics then you can kick it up. We just don't want ya sitting around doing nothing. Exercise is a part of working your Atkins.

                    Hi guys!!!
                    I'm at home right now, on lunch. They had another 'feast' today at work so they asked me to donate 5 pumpkin pie's. I laughed and said "yeah....ok!" so they are having a baked-potato fest. A million topping, pie's and all other things. I asked if I could bring a veggie-tray and they said no, its not a "veggie type party, only good food" LOL so I brought a pie for them and a pepperoni-cheese plate for ME ME ME ME ME!!!! Im sure I ate too much cheese but atleast I wasnt eating all the other things that were there.

                    It's going to be rough when I go back into work, while i'm gone they are announcing to everyone that I am leaving in 2 weeks. EEEEK!!! I'm almost afraid to go back! lol! Let the games begin!!!

                        Here I am to post for yesterday. Busy day so I'm a little belated but here it goes. I had 2 eggs for breakfast, a big slice of pizza casserole for lunch, a beef rib for snack and a salad, green bean casserole and a couple of oysters for dinner. I ended with 1655 calories and 16g net carbs.

                        For exercise, I TRIED to do Start it Up but was unable to make it through after the first half. I had the legs of a baby gazelle.....I'll try again today, so we'll see. I'll probably have to do it all through next week so I don't get my butt kicked too bad with Ramp it Up.

                          Sarah I was actually thinking about the Exlax. They always throw this HUGE fuss about their coffee creamer in the mornings. They say someone always uses it when they arent arouond and they dont have permission, blah blah. So I was thinking about getting the liquid kind and putting it in their, LOL! Wouldnt that be great! They cant go without their coffee in the morning!!!!!!

                              OMG! I'd love to hear that!!!! Another idea in addition: At my old job I was a Department Manager so I had a pretty good uptight cover. Anyways, I used to use the multi-line phone system to call our back entry line to this one guy's extension and when he picked up I'd make do the raspberry which, on the other end sounded like someone was farting on the phone. Sometimes I would leave that message on his VM - always anonymous and untraceable. Sometimes, I would even go into his office when I thought he'd be checking his VM to see his reaction. This guy was an IDIOT but shared an office with a really smart guy with a sense of humor who I am sure suspected I was doing it. I did this to the guy almost every week, and sometimes skipped a month or two, ongoing for about 9 months until I quit. Then I had to let him know - just to see his face. He seemed surprised, then pretty mad about it. In the meantime, it was pretty funny how he would make up stories about this prank caller, like how often "he" called or stuff said. It's kind of interesting how you can get to know how good a person is at sticking to the facts......
