    Hey everybody. Sorry I haven't posted much in a couple days. I've been struggling bad and caved a couple times. And I know that's the absolute worst time to stay away from the board so if you want to kick my butt, I deserve it.

    But I'm back on track and ready to get serious again. And I'm so glad I have you guys... I'm needing the support and encouragement big time right now!

      Cristy, pick yourself up, dust off, and keep moving. Dont let a stumble make you fall completly. You have worked veryhard and its all about learning how to grow in this wol. Its not the easiest thing, but it is very rewarding.
      I have ben tempted the last few days as well, but I keep telling myself that those cravings are what put me in this situation in the first place. Then I realize I am worth more than a moment of weakness... So are you!

        You always pick me up and set me right back on track!!!! I WILL be legal today - (in spite of the birthday cake and chips and salsa in the back room!) I'm stronger than that stuff!

          Thats what we are here for! You are stronger than that stuff.... To be honest, that stuff just sounds nasty when you know what it will do to you.

            Hey guys I am around just not feeling well at all so if ya wonder where I am most likely I am in bed. LOL. Got a horrible throat and chest cold and I just am not here right now if ya know what I mean.

            You can do it cristy, drink loads of water and get yourself some chromium and glucosamine for you cravings and such. They will pass you just gatta chose not to give into yourself, choose to Lose girl.

              I knew there was something that would help but I couldn't remember what it was. I'll check those out today... thanks, Sarah. I'm not giving up, I just have to get past all these cravings I'm having.

                      I hope I get rid of my Cold soon too still feel like CACA but, it's getting better and better ahve the sneezies today for sure and my body is achey not sure if it's from the workout or from my cold I'll know tomorrow ROFL.

                        LOL Sarah....Knowing is half the battle.
                        Maybe its a mixture of both. If I did your workout I would need medical attention, cause it would kill me!

                            Sorry guys, I haven't been around much, work has been chaotic. But now things are slowing down a bit so I finally have time to check in.

                            I have to admit that my food has not been perfect but I plan on getting that down starting right now!

                            I am proud to admit that I have been working out like crazy. I feel really good about my workouts and even though my food isn't perfect i still feel pretty good about my progress from now on.

                            I have a new goal now though, instead of a weight loss goal I am modifying it to an actual workout goal. My new goal is to have a six pack! So from now on I am gonna do everything perfectly right until I get my abs strait. You can kind of see them popping out but there is still a layer of fat over it.

                            Also another goal I have is to shrink my thighs 2 inches by the end of august. So that means that I have to eat super perfectly and workout a ton. I have to modify my workouts and mix it up.

                            I'm gonna be burning it up starting next week. Yikes! Maybe I'll go run with a friend next week too, I really want to mix up my workout, I think that will be a great way to kick this shrinkage into hyperdrive.
