How often are we supposed to check in here?
I drank a LOT of water today -- stopped keeping track after 64 oz. Anyway, it made me very full, and FitDay is saying that I only had 1360 calories. I am worried about having too little, now!
Did 20 minutes on the elliptical -- didn't really have time to do the 30 minutes so I crammed it in. I'll join the challenge.
Liv, I hoard cookbooks. I LOVE looking through and getting ideas for new recipes. Tonight I made oven-roasted cauliflower with olive oil and garlic. It was yummy, but I still have trouble digesting those crucifers!

For now, I picked up some new videos, mostly dance-workouts and pilates.

, I have spent some "alone" time both days, which is a real rarity for me!
. I won't weigh myself until Monday so I have no idea how I'm doing (or if I'm loosing) but I'm trying to do what I need to in order to loose.
