Reply to Menu 01/30/10That burger was bunless - or else it would have been 38g net instead of 8g - and it was good. And I'm getting ready for Pre-Maintenance, so I am currently increasing my daily net carbs to 40g this week until I pass 135 pounds, then I will begin Pre-Maintenance and increase my daily net carbs by 10g...January 31, 2010, 09:22 AM
