      Hi all

      Great to see people keeping up the good work.

      Stats for 2 day and yesterday , both the same: 100 crunches per day, 45 mins cardio and 3 litres of water.

      Jessica - I dont know what to advise except to keep drinking ur water and making sure ur taking ur vits and getting plenty of rest.


      26 yr 5'2 F
      Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
      On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
      Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
      Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

            Thursday: 35mins cardio, 4 litres water & 80 abs done!
            f/5'6"/38 started Atkins 9/19/06
            HW308/SW231/CW159/GW149
            adios to 79 inches so far on Atkins! I've lost over a vertical jimmiejo

            Pledging Flights ~ Stair Climbing Challenge: Buildings all done Mountains all done!
            Chimneys & Masts: Aqaba Flagpole, done.
            Now Climbing: Junglinster Longwave Transmitter, Luxemborg /95 flights

                For Thursday: 45 min cardio, no abs , 128+oz
                For Friday: 55 min cardio, 50 SITUPS (yeah, I did big girl ones, not just crunches - on a DECLINE EVEN!!), 128+oz.

                    heh. The funny portion would be that one of my gym boyfriends.. who's like, 6'5" and has *HUGE* muscles, bets me that he can throw a paper towel into the trash can, and if he misses, I have to do 5 pushups (I can barely do 1), so I bet that if he misses, he does 10 situps like I was... he was almost *CRYING* at the end of 10, I was laughing so hard.

                    I was debating doing more stability ball crunches this evening, but I dunno at this point...

                      he's probably practising his paper towel throwing techniques right now Lyssie!

                      I have always wondered why they are called stability balls, I can never feel too stable on those lol *wobble wobble* I know that's the idea though lol they should be unstability balls lol

                            I've compiled this pic for you all to print off and stick on your fridges!! I personnaly am just doing it so I can go weak at the knees every time I see Daniel Craig!!! hehe!!!
