    I did FAB today did MY long run and I conqued a HUGE milestone I ran
    16 miles
    YAY for me. I DID IT. Took me 2:55:42 which I figure is pretty respectable. I ran for 1 hour at an incline of 1 I need to build my legs up to the demand of running outside adding the incline I'm sure will help. It was burning real heavily on my legs but, I made it through put it level for the last 5 k and went a little faster then my pace for the first part of the run.

    I'm SO PROUD OF ME!!!

      SO Yesterday was a complete rest day I totally needed it my Knees were a bit stiff doe to the added milage but, it's good today YAY.

      Any how I ran for my 90 minutes today then I did abs and shoulder work it was good got in 2 Hours of exercise today Hubby is Home so it was nicer I didn't have to worry about the kids YAY!!!

        My shoulders are very achey a good achey it's all good. I Just finished running for 1 hour 50 minutes around 9 miles it was a good run but, I am very tired today LOL. I didn't have my protein shake before I ran man does it ever make a big difference reminder to self never forget again EEK.

        SO 2 hours of exercise in for today already. I am planning on doing some legs as well we will see though.

          Didn't do legs yesterday woke up with aching calves from the incline it was nastie a little walking and it lostened up though thank goodness. I ran 7 miles today it was nastie I didn't get much sleep last night so it was very tough but, I did it then did some leg work after with weights 2 hours of working out today I am sooo glad I did it when I sooo didn't want to at all. Tomorrow is a rest day and I will be doing Chest and Triceps tomorrow .

            So I had a rest day yes I did very abnoral for a Friday but I did it hubby was home last day of days off, and I didn't wanna do anythhing I had full intentions of lifting weights we got busy and Boom the day was gone ROFL hmm weid how that happens.

            Today I am running YAY and lifting weights so it'll be a good day.

              I did my small run today Short and sweet. It was 4 miles and went well felt good for the whole thing. then I walked for 10 minutes. 1 hour of exercise today.

              Tomorrow it's 17 miles sure hope my body doesn't harte me on Monday.

                I just finished my nastie *** run and now I know what it feels like to hit the wall so they call it but, I mentally pushed through it and did the entire 17 miles took 3:08:20 Holly crap I am soo bagged I could fall over dead ROFL. Maybe I will HE HE

                I think a nap is in order.

                  K yesterday I took the whole day off I was extremely lazy my legs were extremely sore from my run so I had the massager on and massaged the muscles which really helped.

                  Today was running day I am very tired today didn't get to sleep till 3am due to sick kids and was up at 6:30 with my littlest he had a horrible fever. I gave him tylenol and he fell back asleep at 8 and we slep till 9:30 so I got a small rest. I would have strted running on nornal days by 9:30 but didn't get a start till 11. I got it done though I felt good through the whole thing time went by really fast and I was able to crank the speed the last 5 minutes to 7mph which Rock. So 90 minutes running and 10 minutes walking. I am gunna have to start doing speedwork. When I don't know LOL

                    MAN I feel like a laze ball today I was in teh Middle of my run Hubby came home so I ahd to Jump off and run him back to work GRRR. I am mad it was 9 mile days today I was having a fab run too. Oh, well I won't beat myself up I still did 1 hour but, I feel lazy. I will just have to make it up tomorrow. LOL Yup I am an addict and I hate dtouring from plan it really sucks the big one. I will still do around 40 miles this week even with my little hiccup so I guess that's pretty darn good. HMMM was Aiming for 44 miles. NEXT WEEK!!

                      I ran 6 today am still very tired really pushed it today and ran my first 8 minute mile I was really pushing and was running really fast YAY. ME. SO I am gunna drop my milage a bit, I am getting somewhat burnt out. I think I will go for 38-40 miles per week and stay at that cutting down my other runs during the week so that I am not so burnt. I also think I need to up my supplimentation of Potassium which I am starting today see if that helps as well.

                      Tomorrow is a rest day I will do full body weight training instead of running.

                        Wow sarah... I just wanted to say Congrats.... This is amazing. I don't thinkI could ever do it... although I would like to run in the steamtown Marathon here in Scranton,PA at least once. Actually what I would really like is to be able to pass my two mile run for the Army! Small Goals....

                        What made you decide to do this? Did I miss that somewhere in my reading???

                          I don't know what made me decide to run a Marathon. For once in my life I am setting out to do something that I never thought I would ever do. It's such a high to know that I am this close to achieving such a huge goal and this is For me it's a huge milestone in finding Myself in getting to where I want to be and also it's a big thing I am doing Just before I turn 30. I guess it's for a lot of reasons which is exciting. I ahve finally found the me I was and have been searching for my entire life. I really love this it's amazing and empowering.

                          Thank you so much for Popping in here Anlhess I love to have people pop in and encourage me sometimes ya need that when everything seems to be building infront of you.

                            K I had a great run today I ran a 10 k in 61 minutes I was cruising for me this is the best time I have ever had I was running my but off and it felt good. I was really breathing and my face got all red so I know I was pushing my limits YAY I feel sooo good right now.

                              I just finished running 2 hours 11 miles WOOHOO it was excellent. Had a great run. I am sooo proud of myself for today I am really pushing it Doing a lot more high intensity workouts and it feels good.
