Vidiot choice for today was 75 minutes on the treadmill. I am going to try Learn & Burn tomorrow if time permits.

        RAMP IT UP, 1/31/06.

Worked really late, so that's all I had time for.

Hey you troop of gorgeous go-getters!!!

The chart has been updated through 1/31. If I missed something or if it's incorrect, gimme a shout.

I haven't disappeared off the planet- just off the internet for a bit. I posted about it a bit in my journal, but to say things are hectic and frantic right now would be an understatement.

I haven't given up on this. I WILL complete my 42. I WILL.

          Hugs!

Brook, I understand. Glad you poked your head in here. Thanks for updating the chart!

I have a lot of pain in my neck. Yes, Debbie is a pain in my neck, but I have physical pain in my neck. I took the day off from vidiotism. I decided to rest my neck a little bit and hit the treadmill instead this morning.

I finally got a new toy yesterday afternoon. My Polar heartrate monitor!!! I've already read the instructions, did the fit test, and used it for exercise this morning. Looks purdy too! It's "red chili" color.

Did Turbo Jam 20 minutes/Ab Jam again today, needed a quicker fix, as I'm off to work. I love the moves and the music too! And time just seems to whizz by! I'm not working tomorrow, so I'll do Tone It Up tomorrow!

Sick Days for me from 1/27 to 1/31. Strep really kicked my butt, but i am feeling better now and will try to resume the schedule today. Dang i hate getting sick cause i really craved all my comfort foods, and of course with my unclear head i gave in. So i basically fell off the wagon for the last 5 days, but i am ready to climb back on.

Hey! I have never wanted a heartrate monitor until this series! LOL. How do you like it? How much $$ do they run? And is it simple enough to figure out???

I like this one! I have a Polar F-11 & bought it through Amazon.com for $139 or something like that. They've made improvement on the chest strap compared to the older ones. It's nice, flexible, and made out of a clothlike material. Very breathable too! My other Polar heartrate monitor came with my stationary bike and stairstepper. Those had a hard, plastic chest piece...as you can imagine...not comfy! Thankfully, the new polar heartrate strap works with my exercise equipment, too! woo hoo!

It's also very easy to use! The functions are very intuitive, but in case it's not for someone, the book is very helpful. It a very slick piece of equipment!!!

I know they make cheaper Polar monitors, but when I saw this one, I had to have it!
