    February 4 Rest Day

    Spent the day at a wrestling tournament with my son. Too exhausted to do much of anything.

                Turbo Jam 20 minutes/TJ/Ab Jam completed this morning, then a nice long walk in the mountains again, and onward home to pack for California early tomorrow morning.

                        A lot of my kids at school are sick and I think they were nice enough to pass it on to me...I don't like this feeling! Hope it passes soon!

                              TONE IT UP, 2/6/06!

                              Firm it up seemed like it would be too hard tonight, so I did Tone it Up instead - with 1 lb ankle weights. What the he!! was I thinking??

                                Forgot to say - 2 weeks left for me in the Slim Series challenge. Haven't noticed too much of a change bodywise this time, although I'm definitely getting stronger and more endurance. It might help with the body changes if I could just stop eating!!
