        My neck is feeling so much better today. I thought I'd still give my neck a rest from Debbie's intense workout and do TJ.

          I'm gonna take today off again from Debbie S. That Tone it up tape really got to me! I'm doing other aerobic exercises, just not the tapes! I need a break!

                            Turbo Jam 20 minutes workout/ Turbo Jam/Ab Jam completed for an early workout. Out to do some walking in the mountains now...all that fresh, crisp air to breathe!!!

                              TEAR IT UP, 2/4/06!

                              Almost made it through the whole thing! I did about 1/2 the burpees and slowed down the second set of lunges, but not too bad. That is quite a workout!
