OK, I know the biotin works and has a lot of great clinical research to back up its claims.
If you wish to see personally how it helps you, stick with just the biotin & not the other two for this month.
Next month, add L-carnitine along with biotin & your other supplements, and give it a try for a full month maybe even two. If it isn't doing anything for you, discontinue use.
When you've made a decision about L-carnitine, give Co Q-10 a try.
You should also keep a journal on how you feel while on supplements. Note time you took them, any side-effects, how you felt throughout the day, etc.

i'm pms'ing right now actually, and way too far gone into my crankiness for this month
, but would love suggestions for future. I was only taking 1 EP pill a day, i'm wondering if it wasn't enough..
