4/21 - 35 minutes (one 15 min walk and one 20 min walk)
4/22 - 120 minutes (AM - 25 crunches, 20 push-ups, one 15 min walk, one 30 min walk; PM - 65 minutes of clogging, 55 crunches, 20 push-ups, and 40 squats)
30 for me. Actually spent 60, but at a reallllll slow pace.
An hour in the garden today, and the danged pepper plants were wilting from the heat, never mind me! Looks like we're gonna have a real short Spring. So much for growing my own spinach

One more pound down to 276 and 30 more minutes of exercise yesterday weight liftsand walking.
This is the second time trying Atkins and hopefully this time it will be a permanent life change for me.
