    5 hours of exercise (walking) over the past 5 days. The scale still says the same though.


    This is the second time trying Atkins and hopefully this time it will be a permanent life change for me.

      another 45 mins today, did the advanced aqua fitness... it was hard but SOOOO much fun!! My total exercise is at 815 mins, no pounds lost yet...

          30 for me today. it was awfully nice out and I should have/could have done more, but I spent too much time on the porch sipping iced coffee and watching the chickens try to catch bugs





          290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

                    Sorry for the late post. I am still hanging at 279 lbs. I was able to exercise for 250 minutes last week for a total of 805 minutes.
