People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

Cat - Congrats to you on officially being out of the "OBESE" category. I am proud of you. This calls for a Derby Celebration Shuffle

Today was a good day for me. I went to Dillards and I declare they were having an INSANE sale on designer suits. Hey yall I went to the regular women's section today and was able to wear a few skirts but the jackets were too small...(these breasts...oh my goodness..lol). but I am going to get in them. I can tell I have lost weight/inches. I am motivated to continue on. I hope everyone has a great evening.

I just found out about the shooting at NIU...I'm so upset. We didn't watch the news last night as usual. I just don't know what is going on with our country. So much crazy stuff going on. My thoughts are with them all today. This is so upseting.

Congratulations Cat!! That's an awesome acheivement. We're so proud of you.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I'll be out of town until Monday so I won't be checkin' in over the weekend. Hope everyone has a wonderful cheat-free weekend. I stepped on the scale this morning and saw 319.8! YAY, I'm so thrilled to see a 1 in my number. I'm getting so close to two-ville...less than 20 pounds now! It motivated me even more to stay squeaky clean on my trip this weekend.

See you guys on Monday. Take care.

Good Morning Ladies!!! Thank God its Friday!!! Ok confession time, i have been doing so horrible lately, i really need to sit and focus on myself right now. I went yesterday and got the L-Glutamine and the B-Complex, now i just got to go today and get the oil of oregano and a good multi vitamin. Ladies what exactly does the L-Glutamine do, and should i take it daily. As you all can see im so lost when it comes to supplements.

Cat, that is awesome that your out of the obese section, way to go!!!

Also about the shooting at the Illinois, that is so sad and my heart goes out to the families. This world is going crazy i think at times. So many evilness out there, it makes me want to solitude my kids forever but i know that is not possible. My prayers are with those families, i could not even imagine.

Well ladies i hope your Valentines was a good one, and your Friday is even a better one. I will check in later on!!!

Congratulations Sher801, keep up the good work!!

Liz - Congrats to you too on seeing that "1". You are doing so well. Keep it up Ma'am!

Lisa - I am sorry you are having such a hard time. The adjustment can be tough sometimes but maybe it's time for you to assert a little tough love with yourself. I had to do it or I was going to keep allowing myself to cheat so much until I end up still in this condition next year and that's OUT. Don't give up. As far as L-Glutamine, it helps with sugar cravings and yes it does work. I haven't had to use it that much but when I do, it helps. I hope that answers your question.

                                Have a wonderful TGIF DG!
