Jump right back in there Prya!! We're here for you.

Glenda, sounds like blessings are coming at you left and right. You deserve it. I have been worried about Sunny. I wish I knew another way to contact her to make sure she's ok.

Sunny, if you're reading this just post "hi" so we know you're ok.

Well Ladies, I must hit the hay. I'm exhausted. I'll speak with everyone tomorrow.

**Sherri, is the surprise a pic of you?

              Thanks Kass,
I'm so excited! This is going to be fun. It's weird, I'm nervous to see myself on the computer screen, I was so huge. I hope the after pictures show the contrast well between the then and now pic. I think I'm just feeling paranoid. Sometimes I still see that fat girl that use to be. Does that make sense? Well, Hope you all like the pics.

I bet they enjoyed that free money. I do better exercising on my own. However, if you need other people to get motivated to exercise then the gym is your best bet.
Now I am just the opposite. If I don't get myself up and go to the gym, I will find other stuff to do at home and end up not exercising. I joined the gym at my church in our mall and I love it. As a matter of fact my Bishop and I were exercising next to each other on the Elliptical machines last night. He is so cool and really loves God's people.

Liz, Glenda, Lisa, Sherri, Kass, Cat - I am so VERY proud of you all for sticking to the plan and seeing those lbs come off, congrats to you! I continue to be cheat free and feel great too.

Sherri - I too will be EXCITED to see your wonderful progression pictures. I am sure you look beautiful, even before you lost weight. Now you are just super HOT!

Sherri & Glenda - I am glad your loved ones are doing better.

Have a great Wednesday Ladies and if I forgot anyone please forgive me.

Like you all, I too am concerned about Ms. Sunny. In light of our concern and not being able to contact her to check up on her, I think we should perhaps exchange some type of contact info with each other since we are like extended family. I'm not saying give out addresses, but maybe a phone number to one person of your choice, everyone doesn't have to give it to the same person or a personal e-mail address. Like now with Ms. Sunny, if someone had her number we could just ask them to call or e-mail her and see how she is doing? What do you all think? Just a thought.

                          Good Morning Derby Ladies!!!

I think that is an excellent idea about the phone numbers. Also praying that Sunny is doing good!! There is nobody here that knows how to get in touch with her, like an administrator or something?

Well today is day 4 and im feeling a whole lot better, cravings are gone, actually i have only taken one of the L-Glutanine since i bought them and that was my 1st day back on track. I bought some Green Tea to drink and hoping that is ok, i just want something warm and fuzzy in the morning and since i was giving up coffee i was trying to find a replacement, but im not sure if that is any better or not to be honest. I put one stevia in it, god i miss my splenda. I also joined the 6wk excercise challange, i did it before and really saw results in fact i got 1st place so i lost the most inches and weight, so maybe this will give me the motivation to get moving.

Well im off i guess and i hope you all have a blessed day!!!

                            Good idea Lashon,
We are like an extended family and like any family, when one is missing the others seek out to find them. Maybe you can PM one or two of the Derby Sisters (of your choice) with a contact number or email address.

I think I will pull my sandles out of the closet (since it's warm today) and go and get a pedicure today or one day this week as a reward!
