I was wondering the same thing! Not many reporting weekly exercise any more. I am really missing my exercise!
Let's get back to reporting exercise etc. I think it helps to motivate others...I know it motivates me to see others exercising and progressing!

I agree. I think we are more likely to keep up with exercise minutes if we are accountable to our team mates. I can't do anything until after my appointment on March 10th. It feels like forever. If it would just get warm, he said I could walk outside if I didn't get my heart rate up. I can do that. I want to do something!

          BTW--I don't think I ever said CONGRATS on making 175! That's fantastic!

Ok, everyone, I had a moment and had to look to see if I could find Pat's video and I DID.....YEAH!!! The link is below. I also heard "Harden My Heart" by Quarterflash. I haven't heard that in YEARS. I think you can find pretty much any video on this site. It's cool.

My daughter and I played dress-up tonight. I'm wearing a dress I bought last year thinking I could lose weight for a September wedding and get into it (size 16)...never happened. I tried it on tonight and was pleasantly surprised.

                            Hi I'm godsbeloved79,

I was invited to join you all by a dear poster named Sherri. Thanks Sherri.

This is like my ??? time restarting Induction and I really need some solid support and encouragement. I'm here to encouarage you all as well. Day 1 for me will be Sunday and I plan to keep it as clean as a whistle.

For exercise, I power walk for 30 minutes, 3 times a week. After awhile I find myself jogging / walking. I know exercise is "Key" and I plan to stick with my regimen as well as this way of eating.

Even though I won't start Induction until Sunday, I'll be prepping my meals, snacks, and etc. I'll go by Wal-Mart and pick up a few pair of yoga pants as well.

Good Night and I'm happy to have found a group such as this .
