Hadrons. The ones without color. A baryon salad....
Hamburger, lamb chops, arugula, organic mixed greens tossed in EVOO and a bit of vinegar.

      Hi Georgiana,
How do you prepare your brie for dessert? Do you put the cheese on anything like a vegetable? In the past we always ate our brie warm on some fresh baguette. Maybe with some sliced apple or pear. UMMMM Good! But not ATKINS friendly. .

Tonight was pepperoni pizza & salad. Mr. Ski had been "hinting" that he missed pizza. I was not going to do that scrape off the toppings of a real pizza thing nor did I want to fuss with a crust tonight.

So we had Skillet Pizza and a nice garden salad with homemade Italian dressing. I used pepperoni without nitrates/nitrites and whole milk mozzarella.

This pizza was fabulous and really tasted like a very thin crusted pepperoni pizza. I shook a fair amount of garlic powder & oregano on it when it was cooking. I highly recommend this when you need an occasional, quick pizza fix.

Tonight will be Patricia's gazpacho and probably hamburger. I'm also freezing a few quarts of "storm-damage stew) : a soup really of all the veggies and broken herb stems the storms yesterday blew off my plants and ground meat. It freezes well so I'll have something during the fall and winter.

I made a pork tenderloin and cooked it with cabbage and onion in my covered LeCreuset. That and a tomato and cucumber salad will be perfect for me. The "carb people" will have some noodles and carrots.

                Yea I love these questions!
To answer I will just have to explain one simple thing....
                I LOVE WINGS.
I eat wings more than anyone I know, and I pair that up with a few whole roasted garlic cloves, probably about 6 cloves or so. Yum!
So that is what we are having tonight, tomorrow, and so on

I was too lazy to cook, so I had two boiled eggs with mustard sauce and zucchini sticks with a sort of dip made from Arrabbiata (I used this recipe: Arrabbiata Sauce Basic Recipe) and mayo.

It's Linda's Chicken Enchilada tonite. The fam will have brown rice with theirs. I'll serve mine on a bed of lettuce trimmed with olives, jalepenos and avacado.

I took zuccnni (sp?) and peeled it into thin strips with a veggie peeler. Then i sauteed it in a pan with tofu, 1 fresh garlic clove, and some pesto, then i added a handful of the ready made bagged cole slaw.

OMG it is tasty!!! either that, or I'm just starving lol
