I like it. I used to eat it quite often when I was spending summers at grandma's house. She is cooking it in chicken fat, with caramelized onions, and serves it with salad of whatever veggies she has in the garden. Really good. 
Just make sure you don't overcook the livers (like I did first time I tried cooking some
) or else they'll be pretty yucky imo. They should end up being soft and tender.

Geez, if I'm going to have impure food thoughts you'd think it would be about something better. 
I really had cut up green celery sticks.
