I started on Sunday 7/20, so today is day 4 for me. I am starting to feel sick when I think of eating another egg for breakfast...has anyone else had this happen to them? I would love to have a buddy or two to get through the ins and outs of low carb eating. I have been doing very well except for the queezy feeling about eggs.

dinner I made Broccoli soup and pork chops--



you are so right about my feelings and what they would have been 2 months ago. i would a been like "a pushup??? i haven't done one of those since high school!!!!" i've got all the math figured up on what i have to do until the end of the month to reach my goals, i've managed to get most down to a reasonable qty per day. if i make them all, then good for me, and even if i don't make one or two or even any of them, good for me. atleast i gave it my best shot.
