So ... with great anticipation ... I stood on that wicked ol' scale ... and ... I lost ... not a frickin' ounce. Still at 181.0 Ugh!
Well, this week, I begin weight training at the Y along with cardio. Let's see if that makes any difference. [I doubt it - why break up a great "run" now?]
