Speedy - Me too. I don't want anybody to see my fat butt until I lose some of it - so it better be gone by the end of the challenge!!!!!!

Yoly - Have a good Rest day and enjoy that coffee!!!! I wouldn't be tempted by either the doughnuts or bagels, but if there was almond rocha I'd be a fly caught in the bug zapper.

Tickle - Keep up the good work! Thankfully, this WOE isn't about being perfect - it's about following good habits (most of the time!).

Finished Start It Up today. My muscles are a little tired but I plugged through without trying to kick the TV in. I think my body reacted so bad yesterday because I forgot to stretch before I started exercising - I usually stretch before. It slipped my mind and I paid for it - LEARN FROM MY EXAMPLE!!! Nobody needs to feel that way. Not exercising tomorrow and I'll get a walk of some sort in on Sunday - incase I forget to check in. Monday I say hello to Ramp It Up. I did great and avoided the conference room for the rest of the day. I got a large decaf with extra heavy cream steamed and splenda. It was so delicious! Much better then donuts or bagels. I had tacos left over from last night for a late lunch and I'm not really hungry for dinner so i'll have something later tonite. I am going to a comedy club tonite with some friends and I am really looking forward to it. We have to have two mandatory drinks but I'll get rum and diet coke or something. Nothing illegal.

Anyone have any plans for the weekend?

Good morning! I just finished Ramp it Up and am about to go make a huge breakfast, I am starving. I feel good that I got this out of the way early so now I don't have to be thinking about it for the rest of the day.

I went to the comedy show last night it was HILARIOUS! There were six of us there, 3 new people so I really enjoyed myself chatting and stuff. We went out to eat at Chuy's afterwards. It's this really funky mexican food place, it's pretty famous, been on MTV and stuff. Anyway had me a taco salad that was Deeeeeelicious!

I dont' have any plans for tonite maybe i'll call over my sisterinlaw and her husband to hang out at our house tonite and watch a movie. Their little girl is 4 months old and abi likes to play with her so it should be fun! Maybe i'll make pizza for them and biker goddess' pizza for me. Yeah I just made plans! How fun.

Ok I'm off, need to take supplements, make breakfast, and shower. LOL jon is upstairs and he just yelled down that I needed to shower before anything else, that he could smell me from up there. LOL, hey if I'm that sweaty and stinky it's obviously working.

              Hi!!!

Just checking in! Yesterday I was off so I went and picked up my 2 neice's from school before there lunch time and took them out to eat and then we went shopping, they had a blast. They're so cute!!! The older one is 12 and she is crazy, she's so much fun. She has a personality just like mine and all we did was laugh. The younger one is 8 and she was laughing at us because we were being "stupid" lol, great times!

Well....seeing as though i'm the only person in the universe that doesnt have my christmas tree up, im going to do that today. I woke up around 8 and did my workout, then went through all my food and the fridge, well....the entire kitchen really! and through out all the stuff i've had in there and cant eat\dont want to eat. so now the shelves are empty, ROFL, looks like im poor and have no food! but when you open the fridge, stuff is falling out LMAO I need a bigger one! I have the entire door filled with salad dressings (boyfriend likes to open all of em', not the one thats already open) and i tried combining some of them and that turned into a mess so i gave up, hehe. Of course i do this kinda stuff on the weekend, now i have to wait until next friday for the trash pick up. Ewww! There are almost 10 black trash bags full!! I never knew i could fill up that many just from the kitchen! thats kinda gross! oyyy.
Well now im off to make my bed, take a shower and go shopping for some Christmas decor, come home and re-do this place. Fun Fun Fun!!!
              Have a great one guys!!

Have any of you heard that song by Rascal Flatts "Sarah-beth"??? (country)
It's such an emotional song, I cry everytime. You should listen to it!

Wow you little over achiever you! I dont have my christmas tree up and hadn't even thought about getting it yet. I guess I"m gonna have to start thinking about it if I want ot stay ahead of the game. I can't believe Christmas is almost here. OMG, it just hit me on December 17th I'll have been on Atkins a whole year, wow it's really coming up soon.

My parents just came over, luckily they called when they were ten minutes away(can you hear the sarcasm?) so i sped cleaned my entire house in about that time. I can't believe I did it, I think I got more of a workout from that speed cleaning then Si6, oh my goodness. Well at least my house is clean now i just have to sweep and mop the first floor, that's good for another 200 calories, I have 1100 square feet on the first floor. (sigh) I've been a slob too long and my house has been really messy so I got to do it, maybe I'll wait till tomorrow, lol.

                      Hi Sargeant Sarah & Co!

I had a sneak peak before my WID on Mondays and looks like I'm heading for 144!!! I AM SOOOOO HAPPY!!!! I normally don't like to talk about my weight or how many pounds lost until I've definitely stayed on that weight for a week coz I'm scared to "jinx" it but heck I couldn't resist! Better enjoy it while I can coz I betchya that in about a month's time you'll hear me moaning and groaning about why I'm not moving past my stall point (which is normally around 140) *heehee*

YEAH holy crap Sarah - FOURTEEN MILES??? (*in my head* - that's 22km) I think you'll win the Sydney to Surf marathons we have here each year. You run heaps more than any person your weight - that's why I like to call you Ironwoman!

Yoly that artichoke ended up being my dinner!!!! I was crabby coz I ended up with only 1,000 cals for the day and I just kinda felt I didn't have enough food, nutrients or anything! I had to play with food combos to try and eat only 300cals more but finally at 11pm last night LOL I ended up having some tofu!!!
"Spot" cleans are a great workout Yoly!!!! You don't know how much you're workin' out, esp with music on, shimmying around with that vacuum cleaner (my DF loves to do it to that Queens song), and all the bending and stretching when you're picking things up and putting them into the cupboard - great for the abs LOLOL

Krystle, we're also waiting till 12 days before Xmas to put up the tree - followin' tradition and all.
Actually, we've never had a real Xmas tree here coz they're real different to the ones you guys get there or in Europe. Our trees kinda look more like bushy pine trees and imagine our 86+ temperatures around Xmas - these trees don't last long coz all the needles just fall off in the heat! Makes a right mess of the Xmas pressies! LOLOL

Slimn - you're absolutely right. I reckon the harder I tried to be "perfect" at Atkins, the more I botched it up and felt worse about it. Nurselady on these boards once had a saying in a her siggy that we didn't have to do Atkins perfectly, we just had to do it right, right for each and everyone of us, coz Dr A promoted a diet that would work for most, but not perfectly for most and if he were still alive today, I reckon he'd be moving with the times, making revisions and producing later versions of his books like Dr Agatson is doing with Southbeach diet.

Krystle, Theresa & Rikki - how are y'all going this weekend? Mine is nearly over as it's late Sunday afternoon now.

My parents-in-law are visiting this year so we'll be having Xmas on 24 dec (as the scandinavians do) and last Xmas we were out camping in the bush somewhere and hung all our decorations on one of the pine trees there, stuck our pressies under the tree and sang danish Xmas songs. I'm going to allow myself to eat the danish Xmas dinner, dessert & sweets as it is only a once-year treat and hard enough to get here in the Land of Oz. It should be fun!!!!

WOW, what a beautiful tradition tickle. It must be so nice to be out with nature and your family. I think you should do what you feel is best for you about the sweets. If you feel like you will be depriving yourself and this will cause you to cheat further then go ahead. Remember Dr. A does talk about the one time cheat but be sure to plan for it, you know lots of water, before during and after. Be prepared to be up a few pounds and make sure to jump right back in the day after your cheat. It's really hard to justify cheats to myself, I cheated once about 8 months ago. I remember hearing a voice in my head sayine, "come on, it was only once and you didn't gain, you can do it again" I knew that was the kiss of death so I swore not to give in, and I haven't. I DO plan on having a bit of my wedding cake next summer though, unless I can get The Cake Lady Bakery to make me a mini diabetic one with splenda, it'll still have the flour though.

Go Sarah! I know you can do it. You'll push past that barrier with no problem, I totally believe in you!

Just finished Ramp It Up, my hands were a bit sore today so I didn't do the push ups very much, they still ache a bit but I took Ibuprofen and will try to take it easy with them for the rest of the day. I'll probably sleep with a heating pad tonite, hopefully they'll be 100% in the morning.

Ok so I have finished 5 out of my 36 workouts so far! For those of you who don't know, I am a member of an excercise challenge for Si6. I committed to working out 6 days a week for the next six weeks so that's 36 workouts, I've got 5 done and feel great! I am totally psyched about this challenge, it's so nice to have a place to go where i can groan, moan, and *****! about the squat ****.

It's been pretty quite in here lately, everyone having a ton of fun this weekend? We had guests over last night we watched a comedy and hung out chatting and drinking till about 1 last night. Night before i went to the comedy show, and today I want to hit the movies. Pride and Predjudice just came out this weekend and i really want ot catch the show. I've had a fun weekend too! I dont' have to work on Monday and am planning on spending some time with my mom, she's having surgery on Wednesday and even though it's only outpatient I know she is really really worried about it, even to the extent of having her will notarized, shesh. I want to go over there and distract her some.
