    Hi!!!

    How's everyone been doing?? Great, I hope. I've been doing pretty good. Yesterday I put up my Christmas tree and then hung up the lights outside on the house, Oyyy! (Boyfriend is hunting so I thought I'd suprise him). This year I decided that I would do the tree pretty plain, but beautiful! I love how it turned out. Something about being simple...just looks so pretty! (lol...its just a tree Krystle) maybe i will take a pic of it and post it so you guys can tell me what you think before Chris comes home. and then my mom and neices came over again last night (since we're always alone on weekends when dad & boyfriend are hunting) and The Wizard of Oz was on last night, LOL! How old is that movie? It says it was made in 1939...and it never gets too old to watch. I also cut my neice's hair last night, it turned out really well, just how she wanted it to be.

    I don't sleep when Chris isnt here, so last night I stayed up until around 7am this moring when the sun started coming up, then fell asleep. Weird....but im just afraid when im alone. So then I slept from 7 till around 12, woke up and put the projector in the yard. It displays a picture with 'happy holidays' on the side of the house. i cant believe its almost Thanksgiving already, its so crazy!

    Well i'm off! I'm going to take a rest day today. I did alot yesterday with all the decor and everything. Climbling up and down that ladder was fun! (riiiiiiiiiiiiight) LMAO. And later im going to cook up my food for the week and then tomorrow, since im off im gonna go to the mall and get some new clothes for my new job. woo-hoo!

      OOOOOHHHH I FORGOT SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!

      I went to walmart yesterday and was looking at the supplements. There is a vitamin B, and the Super b complex that Rikki was talking about. The Vitamin B has more b-6 and b-12 in it than the complex......not sure which one to get??? can you guys help me out? Im gonna stop there tomorrow before the mall and get whatever one you guys think is better.

        I'd get the B complex cause then you get all the B vits and you can always take an extra tab right to get up to the amout the other tab had.

        K I have to tell you all I am not doing well right now I have severe abdominal pain I am waiting to see if it gets worse if it does I am going to the Hospital I feel horrible and the pain is really bad so If I am gone for a few days you know why. This came on during my run which I finished by the way 14 miles. I have eated drank a ton and it's not going away so pray for me cause I am really not well right now.

          Thanks for the advice Sarah. I'm so sorry to hear that your in pain. I wish there was something I could do sweety! Try to rest and feel better, and like you said, if it gets worse go to the ER. Better safe than sorry. I'll be praying for you.

            Oh Sarah, I'm so sorry. I hope your feeling better. Is your husband there or are you all by yourself? God I hope he is there so that he can take care of you. Know that I'm thinking about you and that I'm worried so give us an update whenever you can sweetie, take care of you. *((hug))*

            Speedy - I love your christmas tree it is so beautiful, you must have worked hard doing that all by yourself, your bf is gonna be really surprised. How beautiful, I am getting nostalgic, I wish I had a tree to sit in front of with a nice warm cup of coffee tonite, that would be wonderful.

            I went shopping tonite and got some new jeans and a new beatles shirt. The jeans are 14s and I bought two pairs, I might take them back and get a 12 instead though, there is a little bit of lose material in the back adn I'ld rather buy them tight so they will fit me longer. I'll go to the store and try them on and we'll see. Here's a pic:

              Sorry I haven't been around much lately... Tired of sitting at this computer desk I guess.... I dunno- I did do Si6 ramp it up though this morning and now I am off to bed to get some rest so I can get up early to do it tomorrow morning too!!!

                  Yoly- Looking good!!!! Green with envy. No exercise today...been at an assembly all weekend so I've just been running around like a chicken with my head cut off....I will do SI6 RIU tomorrow and prepare for the butt kicking I am about to receive. You know what's frustrating? I've been on this WOE since Oct 5 - a little over a month and have lost only 7 lbs - none in the last - close to 3 weeks now. I'm really hoping it's because I've been exercising and pretty soon I'll start burning something up. As far as eating goes, I've only been getting better about it and my calories are anywhere between 1000-1500/day - most days the average. In fact, I noticed on Friday that it's been the first time I hadn't felt the need to eat. Appetite had been controllable but I haven't felt the loss of it until then. I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Good news, though - I did notice that my size 18 outfit went from feeling slightly snug to a fit!

                    Slimn All I wanted to say to you is to HANG IN THERE. Your calories are really low and you're probably eating under your BMR right? So you know that you're not overeating in cals. Sure you haven't lost in 3 weeks, but with all that exercise you're doing, think of how much MUSCLE you've been gaining. I think I remember one of the mods Moochiecat said her scales didn't budge for absolutely ages but her clothes just kept getting bigger and bigger - remember muscle weight twice as much as fat OR takes up half the space - whichever way you look at it

                    Yoly you are such a cutie!!!!! You are lookin really really good and I can see how much you've lost, even just from your face.

                    Come on Rikki sitting at that desk isn't healthy for you - get up, stretch, even just walk one round and come back to the desk.

                    I was really really depressed last night but it musta still been really early for you guys and there wasn't anyone I really knew around to talk to. I cheated (again) with a square of chocolate (not quite what I wanted) so I drank a glass of cointreau I'm sorry but I didn't exceed my carbs and my calories were still under my AMR.

                      Great job Slimin, don't get discouraged, you've only been at this for a little over a month and I am so impressed with how well you are doing. THe thing to remember is that your body doesn't understand what's going on. Your body is used to lots of carby food and limited activity, since your doing things differently now your body is holding on to the fat because not only does it think there is a surplus shortage but that your being chased by a bear at the same time. Once your body gets the clue that this is standard operating behavior it will let go of the fat. The first thing that you'll notice is probably that your extra jiggily in the butt or legs, that's what happens to me. It means that my fat cells have released their fat and have replaced it with water. The water will leave and a few days after you've got the giggilies you'll notice that your much firmer. It's gonna happen for you sweetie, I know it, you are doing fantastic! Much better then when I started. I didn't even excercise for the first 3 months, I am so proud of you. Not that I am condoning that behavior, I wish i would have started excercising from the get go, i might have been thinner now. Oh well, you live you learn.

                      Oh no tickle, I know your feeling awful about it too. I want to try something, i want you to go and write down exactly how you are feeling right now right after your cheat. If your feeling bad or good about it, in full detail write it down. Keep it in your weight journal and that way you can look at it the next time the urge to cheat sinks in, it isn't worth it. I would rather forgo something then feel awful about it the next day. Remember that there are legal "goodies" that you can have. If you are a sweets person and you absolutly can not go without go get a low carb protein bar or one of those Russel Stover's chocolates. I'm not saying do it all the time but remember there are options for you in weak moments. I don't want you to set yourself up for failure sweetie. I know you can do this, I have no doubt that you will succeed! Also I am usually on aim if you want to im me any time I will be more then happy to talk you off the ledge. Hey have you checked out that thread in the main forum, trick on how not to cheat. It's pretty funny maybe it will help, someone said that when the urge to cheat sets in the get naked in front of the mirror holding the brownie, cookie, cake, whatever and each and every time the throw the temptation away, hey it's worth a try. You could always e-mail me when your tempted, I think it's important to do an activity, any activity, that gets your mind off of it, leave the house, watch a favorite movie/show, drink water, call a friend, write in your journal, make a very special treat to eat instead like deviled eggs or something, whatever it takes to keep you here and legal. I believe in you and know your gonna get through this.

                        Good morning everyone!

                        Today is my official 14th day of induction.

                        I've lost 9.5 pounds. Since I was so sick, and on all kinds of icky meds, I'm really happy with this. My first official weight goal is to get below 200. I don't expect miracles here, but I want to be always moving in the right direction. I'll start exercise this evening. I'm expecting to have my WATP in the mailbox when I get home. If its there, I'll do that tonight . If not, I'll use the stationary bike in the gym. I haven't exercised regularly in ages, so I can't promise any amazing workouts any time soon.

                        I ordered Slim in 6 and 3 Firm videos. I got all of these for less than $20 bucks! woohoo! I will start Slim in 6 when I recieve them, but I'm not up for any challenges yet. Maybe when you guys are ready to do another round of 6 weeks, I'll be ready!

                        I hope you all are doing well.

                          Hey Apex! congrats on the 9.5 pound loss, that is fantastic!!! woohooo! Great job on getting out there and getting physical, I know you'll do great. Don't make yourself nuts, remember to start out slow and work your way up, you don't want to get hurt or anything. Build up and when the next Si6 challenge starts we will happy to make you a new recruit.

                          I just finished Ramp it UP! I feel great, I have 6/36 workouts done, i'm feelign great! Well really i hurt, EVERYWHERE! especially my butt and shoulders, oooowwwwww! I'm off to run some erands, need to shower first though, i'll talk to you guys later, have a superific day!

                              K, I am sitting here reading and feeling really bad that I haven't been here.

                              TICKLE I am sooo sorry I wasn't here when you needed me Just please Know this You ahve it in yourself to succeed. Look at all the times I screwed up LOOK at all the times I just never thought I would make it, but here I am and I'm doing fab, you will too, I know that you can do this you just gotta FIGHT like I have FIGHT for what you want girl. I don't know what brings this on for you but, you were doing sooo well dropping the poundsa feeling good then BAMMO what causesed this change in thinking what happened. I think this has somehting to do with a mental Block thinking you can't do this Well darn it girl YOU CAN DO THIS and you will. I will help you. I want you to write down like how yoly said what made you do this and I want you to carry that with you always. I also want you to write down all positive things in your life things that make you special and worth all this effort that you are putting forward cause you have to know YOU ARE SOOO WORTH being happy ANd YOU ARE SO WORTH getting everything in your life that you wnat. Like my SIggie line says you can do ANYTHING IF YOU BELIVE IN YOURSELF BELIVE IT!!! It's soo very true and I BELIVE in you adn the power you ahve to succeed.
