                  Doh!!! My apologies!!!!! Don't know why I made that mistake, but sorry about that. I probably should just stick with using the nicknames, too. Good heavens....I can think of a few new nicknames to call me right now! LMAO.

                    I'm still not back on track with exercise...last week work was very busy. Had meetings and didn't get home until 10PM. Today is going to be my "get back on track with the vidiots". I've still been following the woe and actually lost 2 lbs last week. I'll post later when I've completed my workout.

                      This was my last workout in the 6 week Slim Series, and my 40th workout overall. Tomorrow marks the beginning of my recovery week! YEAH!

                      I'm going to rotate Cool it Off, TJ learn and burn, and TJ 20 minute workout for a week, and then I'll be ready to start a 4 week TJ rotation.

                        Wow Lawyerchick! You go girl!!!

                        No video for me today. DH built me a balance board I have been on that for most of the day. Chiropractor had me using one in his office and "suggested" I get one. Lucky for me DH is handy. This thing is tough! And I am just trying to balance at this point LOL. I did a search and came up with some other exercises to do on it. Like, yeah, squats??!!! I can't balance standing straight for more than 20 seconds at this point! I am, however, holding the record so far in the house! Anyway, back really needed a break. I'm back on the videos tomorrow!
