        Today I did the WATP 2 mile with weights and then 10 mins on my health rider. I'm feeling great and full of energy... seriously, exercise is totally addictive.

              Ok, I'm starting to get impatient now. My leg is better, though a bit sensitive still. My cold & cough is just about gone, and I'm sure I'll be able to start the regime again by Monday! I can hardly wait. I want this blimp feeling to go away!!! Middle age sucks sometimes!

                        Sorry to see that so many aren't feeling 100%. Must be the last infirmities of the winter before spring comes (let's hope!).

                        I did Yoga Booty Ballet Live - Hip Hop Abs & Tamilee stretch (seated and mat) today. For fun, I did the seated stretch on my stability ball. It worked pretty well and made it more interesting.

                          I tried something new today. Power 90. I think I could really enjoy the program but someone needs to give Tony Horton a thesaurus so he can come up with another word for "Bam". He is definitely a man with a limited vocabulary.

                            I need slugged for Fri., Sat., Sun., and probably today too.

                            I feel like I've gained 100 lbs. in the last 4 days. My eating totally sucked, too.
