Ok, I'm back. Ready for duty. First of all, I'm not making excuses. I just know I've got some "esplaining to do."
Day One and Day Two of this challenge I spent mostly curled up in a fetal position or seated on the porcelain throne because of some sort of gastrointestinal distress. On 4/14, I weighed in at 311.4. As a result of being unable to eat much of anything in those two days, my weight seemed to drop a bit to 309.6. So my goal at the end of the 12 weeks for weight loss will be 25 pounds or 286.4!! (Whoo-hoo, TWO-VILLE)

I'm still going to try for the 2500 minutes. Last week I jacked up my knee so it's quite painful even to stand from a seated position, or to go up and down the stairs. I'm little gimped now, but I believe I'll be able to make up the minutes soon. (I AM HEALED)
