    60 minutes of cardio 270/4,000 min
    40 year old male 6' 3"

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

      I just joined the Century Club and learned about this challenge, I know I am 3 days late of the registration cut off date but I would really like to join this challenge if it's okay.


      1st Goal = 195
      2nd Goal = 150
      Ultimate Goal = 135

        Amwin----you need to list your current weight, your July 4th goal weight, and the number of minutes you pledge to exercise . Welcome!

                  Thanks. I hope you're right. i was expecting a stall when I hit 250 cause i spent a LONG time there, but it never came. I hope it's not backtracking!!!!!!!!!

                      Welcome to the challenge Amwin! You're not too late. I'll add you to the list.

                      Kelly, glad to hear you're feeling better. Hope your knee heals quickly.

                      I got in 120 minutes today with my personal trainer. Today was my first session with her. It was great. I really think I'm going to like having a trainer. We did a fitness test first today. Part of it was to see how fast I could do 1 mile. I managed to make it in a little over 17 minutes. That was mostly fast walking with a few spurts of running. After the fitness test she proceeded to kick my butt with some shoulder and back exercises as well as some ab work. I'm going to feel it tomorrow, that's for sure!
