Kelly, glad to hear you're feeling better. Hope your knee heals quickly.
I got in 120 minutes today with my personal trainer. Today was my first session with her. It was great. I really think I'm going to like having a trainer. We did a fitness test first today. Part of it was to see how fast I could do 1 mile. I managed to make it in a little over 17 minutes. That was mostly fast walking with a few spurts of running. After the fitness test she proceeded to kick my butt with some shoulder and back exercises as well as some ab work. I'm going to feel it tomorrow, that's for sure!
