    Just checking in today.

    I managed another 2 liters today (not the 3 I am trying for). I am still working on it.

    I did get about 5 hours of physical activity in today. Still hurting in the left leg and foot as well as my back. I took a pill and now I can't concentrate very well.

    I will check in tomorrow AM and get the new Amme added. I will re-post the challenge info at that time as well.

    Great job TJ- I miss the recumbant- maybe I will work on that tomorrow. I am going to try and go to the gym early (if my leg feels better when I get up).

      Saturday was a good day. I got in my water, did well on food, and lifted weights about 30 mins.

      Yesterday was a rest day and I was about 12 oz short on the water but i will keep trying.

      Figured out my goal is 10 pounds by April 12.

      Walked 4.5 miles (80 min) and an hour of pilates

          I would like to join this challenge!!! Is it too late?

          My water goal for today is: 2 liters
          Exercise: 30 minutes on Rebounder and toning exercises including 20 push ups and 50 crunches.

            I woke up almost pain free this morning. I slept like a log last night. It sure beats being worken up with sharp pain in my leg/foot.

            Todays goals:

            3 liters of water (already down one ).

            45 minutes of Wii sports. Hubby talked me out of going to the gym. He is afraid I will set off my knee again. OMG- getting old sucks and being fat doesn't help. I never had any problems when I was younger and thinnner.... I also plan on taking my GSD to the ball park and walking the perimeter of the field while I throw the ball for him. It is -10 this morning, but it is suppose to warm up to 20 later.

            Also grocery shopping- I am out of veggis. I also need more eggs and some good food ideas. Hopefully I will make TJ's chili tonight. I like to have some rtu (ready to use) food that only needs heated. That is one of the reasons I like to make the Vegi soup and add meat/cheese or quiche. I really think of these as main stays in my diet. Being prepared is very important for me helps cut out temptations.

              Oops! I forgot to mention my weight info.

              Well, I have been having a hard time breaking through the 195-196 range, which is why I jumped on this challenge.

              My current weight is 195 and my goal for this challenge is 184 lbs.

                Julie, reporting in. I made 128 oz of water, 45 minutes of cross training aerobics, and no weight loss. Got the Mich Ultras in the fridge now. Enjoy the chili.

                        Water: 3.5 liters. Wow! I was only going for 2 liters!
                        Exercise: 30 minutes: 20 minutes on rebounder and 10 minutes toning exercises including my 50 crunches and 20 push ups.

                        I'm off to a good start.

                          I think I forgot to mention water yesterday and today! yesterday, I definitely got at least 120 oz. today, closer to 100, but possibly on the lower side, ie. 90. I didn't pay close enough attention.

                          I also have been feeling too crappy to exercise, so I missed the 4 hours of skating. hopefully I can breathe ok tomorrow...

                            Low on water today--was on an all day trip and didnt want to have to pee too many times in a Chinese (squat) toilet. Am trying to make at least 60 oz by tonight. Walked an hour this morning then two more hours sightseeing today but had to eat a whole wheat sandwich for lunch since no way to get anything else on the road here (except rice noodles). Not the way I choose to go but living here you end up with no choices sometimes. Back on tonight.

                                First of all, I'm not sure I'm posting to this thread correctly. Someone help, if not.

                                So, my goals for today are: Water - 2 liters, Exercise - 30 minutes rebounder/toning w/ 20 push ups & 50 crunches.

                                I feel sore for last nights workout, but am happy with it!
