I was tired and shin splinty yesterday, so I didn't do anything. d'oh. too distracted. water was perfect though!
off to a good start with the water today, and I WILL get exercise somehow today!

Today's goal is 120 oz as usual. I plan on having an easy day but will try for wii this afternoon. I am having a 2 day muscle spasm in my shoulder blade and the boxing sounds good for breaking it.
