    I was tired and shin splinty yesterday, so I didn't do anything. d'oh. too distracted. water was perfect though!

    off to a good start with the water today, and I WILL get exercise somehow today!

      Water is good - about 70oz with I'm happy with.
      Weight is great with 3 pounds lost this week - from 208 to 205
      Exercise continues to be the place where I'm falling short on this challenge

        I weighed in yesterday and was still at 194 lbs. I'm not too upset at this because I lost a half inch in my waist and my hips and am feeling the difference. I've been lifting weights and am assuming some of the weight is muscle now.

        I was looking through some old measurements recently and was shocked to find that my measurements now and they same as they were when I weighed 8-10 lbs. less. I guess I have more muscle overall. It really makes you think about how our bodies work.

        Yesterday: 40 minutes aerobic dancing & rebounder + toning.
        Water: 2 L

        Today: No workout.
        Water: 2.25 L

        Tomorrow: 40 minutes of exercise> could be walking, rebounding, etc.
        Water: 2.5 L

          Hello all, I just got back from the gym (I did not go yesterday, simply too busy)

          22 floors on the stepper
          6 miles on the bike

          I am holding off on hitting the weights until I am consistantly going to the gym, after two weeks of 5x week I will start.

            Got my 2 mile walk in today and yesterday. thank God the weather has been nice! Also, got my 100 of water in.

              the flu has returned to kick my *ss. so yeah, unless chasing the niece and nephew around today while I babysat counts as exercise, today is a big ol' slug.

              did ok for water though. I'm wondering if I'm drinking too much of it.

                Still with it. But low on water and exercise the past two days. Had visitors from out of the country and we were touring but in China toilets are dirty smelly squats and so I avoided drinking to avoid voiding if you get my drinft. I managed 64 ounces each day but I am happier when I am closer to 90-100. Back to normal tomorrow. Everyone went home.

                  Sorry I didn't check in yesterday. I had a very long day.

                  I did manage about 150 oz of water yesterday Today's goal is 120 oz as usual. I plan on having an easy day but will try for wii this afternoon. I am having a 2 day muscle spasm in my shoulder blade and the boxing sounds good for breaking it.

                  Tomorrow is weigh in day. I am thinking I will see a new low finally.

                  I will try to check back later and get everything updated (at least by tomorrow).

                        I never made it back yesterday. I had a terrible day. I got chewed out over an email I sent in a fit of anger. I ran around in circles not getting much accomplished. I hate not knowing what is going on and if people tell me they are going to do something they need to do it in a timely fashion!!!! It is my fault I should have insisted upon doing it myself.

                        Rant is over..... I am down to 204# this week. So down 4 finally. Pretty good considering I haven't been eating as much as I should. I will shop today and focus on my food this weekend.

                        I did good on my water yesterday 100 oz plus. I didin't get any exercise in. I had a bad mood and felt exhausted all day. By bed time my throat was hurting and this morning it is very tight/sore and my nose is stuffy. I feel exhausted so I recognize that I am truely getting sick. No wonder I was in a lousy mood all day yesterday

                        No promise on exercise today. I have some meetings this afternoon. Many phone calls to make, product to pick up, samples to get out and many sample orders to place.

                        The water will be 120 oz as usual.

                          I'm finally back! It's so good to be able to visit the forum again!

                          Now that my baby is feeling better again, I can finally focus on my goals again.

                          Here's my update....

                          Last week I stuck to the plan, drank my water, but no weight loss. I had a bit of an issue with my weight fluctuating, but it's back to normal now.

                          This week, I was unable to post any goals, but they are the same as usual. 3 liters of water at least everyday, 5 days of workout and 2 lbs. weight loss goal. So far, the water goal has been accomplished everyday, I was only able to work out 2 days this week so far and no weight loss.

                          I still have an MRI to get through next week, so hopefully it's not bad news. The last thing I need right now is an operation or worse!

                            Julie, I have learned the hard way that when I am ticked to send the email to the draft file for 24 hours. And maybe have someone else read it. Sorry you got chewed out especially when everything you said was probably true, you just said it with too much passion. Hope the cold is better.

                            I am still with it and am hoping to see a drop tomorrow but with me I never know. I am definitely losing inches though. About 88 ounces of water yesterday and 6 miles walking. Gotta lift weights today.

                              Today was an exercise free day. I did get 100 oz of water in with no problem. Luckily for me, the water isn't a challenge at all!! Still sticking to the food plan. i haven't had the desire to cheat at all. This is amazing!

                                there was MUCH walking today. I couldn't say how much, but start and stop for over 3 hours. whew.
