    Chef's cut wild salmon
    Asparagus spears
Bearnaise sauce (used this recipe for Hollandaise sauce & added a pinch of tarragon)

The Hollandaise sauce was excellent & I have a lot left to use for an eggs benedict type breakfast & can make some more Bearnaise for a steak tomorrow. Yum...can't wait.

      Chicken & Steak Stir-Fry.
I took some left over chicken breast & steak, sliced up really small, a Zuchini, some frozen carrots & broccoli with 2 tsp of teriyaki sauce, Salt, Pepper, Ms. Dash, and a 1/2 tsp of splenda and a 1/4 cup of water to simmer and stir everything for a few ming. I'm thinking it was maybe 5-6 carbs from the sauce, and another 5-10 from all the veggies for the whole pan. Yummmmy!

Here's where I need help though. Of course I had to do a pot of white rice for the rest of the family. I only grabbed a spoonfull of rice. But I need help getting rid of this habbit taking a little rice, pasta, etc. I'm trying to do induction again after a long time of being off. And this is by biggest obstacle. I'm very good all day long, but eating with the family - I have a huge issue with this.

cauliflower rice (my fave!) with 1 chilli & courgette diced

            corrinder chicken -
pan fried skinless chk chunks (in olive oil)
0.5 t'sp of ground corrinder, cumin & tumeric
            2 garlic cloves
            grated ginger chunk
1.5 fl/oz creme freche (made up to 2.5 fl/oz with water)
            fresh corrinder

served up with the cauliflower rice and it all tasted like a Thai dish!

It's hot & humid here today so a nice cold dinner is in order:

lobster salad (lobster meat, celery, mayo)
              tomato
              cuke
              Boston lettuce

Served the lobster salad on top of the veggies & saved a couple whole lettuce leaves to make a couple wraps.

Then I sauteed them in butter for a few minutes until soft. I've served them with meatballs & tomato sauce and with the stroganoff above. I plan to use them as a replacement for pasta in general I'm planning to try them in thin slices in lasgana (at some point) to get a more traditional lasgana (although I really like Linda's spinach lasagne!).
Thanks for that, will be reading this thread alot more to get some more ideas because feel like im always eating the same things.

The burger was surprizingly good. I'll have the burger again, but this time, I'll make a mushroom sauce for it. The other veggie I'm having is chilled cucumber-mint soup.

I am making some homemade low carb chili (no beans of course, but am adding shredded zucchini, diced celery and green onion) and putting it on top of a hebrew national hotdog with some shredded cheddar and sour cream on top.
