    Where is everyone today I talked to Yoly but, she hasn't posted yet well I never. I just ate a HUGE supper I have been sooo starving so I ate and GOG I'm stuffed. I made bacon and Eggs and Cheese ontop I didn't have any veggies but no worries I' had some at lunch MMMM YUMMY BROCCOLI!!! I love broccoli. It's sooo good. Any how just thought I would check in on everyone I hope to see you all soon.

      Hi guys, sorry I haven't checked in before. I took a rest day today and I have to say it feels pretty great. I played with my kid and sat and watched my show. I wanted to rest my body before starting back up tomorrow with a vengence. I was pretty lazy with my food today and didn't eat anything spectacular. Dinner consisted of 2 oz. pork rinds and 1 oz sliced turkey with 1 tbsp. cream cheese. Not really exciting but super easy.

        Don't worry i got my veges in at lunch time. I did eat some delicious strawberries with splenda. Yummy!

          Hi Girls- quick chicking in.... Today I am lazy, always lazy actually! I worked from 9-3 without anything to do, then from 3-5:45 I did a facial and 3 haircuts... I hate days like that! Everyone always wants to come in at once and at the last minute!!! I have one month pics to post but it may take abit to get that done, I think I can tell a little difference. I should have taken face shots too, but oh well... Maybe I will work on that tomorrow! I think it is almost my bedtime. I am going to be way early tonight in hopes of not being so tired tomorrow!!!!! Today I drank quite a bit of water ( still no beer) I had smoked sausage for breakfast, mushroom and provalone burger for lunch, oh wait I did have arum and diet at lunch... I forgot lol anyway, I had mixed veggies and then for dinner I had chicken on a bed of lettuce with homemade salsa and cheese sauce made from american cheese and salsa. It was pretty yummy... I had a bad sweet tooth tonight which is very very unusual for me. I had a lc chocolate bar atkins endulge or something it was like a snickers... It MUST be getting close to TOM. I NEVR crave sweets!

            Alright ladies, I felt asleep with a heating pad on my back to deal with the pain and after getting plenty of sleep I woke up feeling great! You guys won't be able to keep up with me today. I haven't had any breakfast yet and I'm about to do my excercise in hope of burning off some of my stored fat. LOL, is this true or just a myth?

            Ok today I will do my usual 3 miles with 2 pound weights, but i'll alternate and use my 3 pound weights as well.

            After breakfast I'll be taking Abi to WalMart, we are totally out of playdoh! I can't believe I let this situation occur, she uses playdoh every single day. I'm desperate. I'm gonna try and enjoy my last few days of freedom before school starts on Tuesday.

            Ok, well have a nice day everybody.

              Hey yoly Aweoms you're getting that workout done early Good Job Girl.

              I am somewhat sore from my weights and stuff and I slept like crap last night which totally sucks. I feel very drained and I have to get in to see the Doc today to get my B12 shot or elese. LOL. Youp it's a monthly thing now. ANy how I am supposed to be running 4 miles today but, I will ahve to see where my energy level is cause I feel burnt. I'm sure as the day goes it'll be better and I'll wanna do it as for right now I just wanna relax till a bit later.

              Hey, Rikki how are ya doing today??? Those Endulge Bars are soooo bad I hate to tell ya, there are ways you can have chocolate without filling your body with all those additives and stuff. The one I do and like is take cream cheese put coco and splenda in it mix it up then put some blobs in the freezer it's a real nice treat and it gets rid of the sugar craving. Also Alcohol will bring on Sugar cravings Maybe when you had that rum it triggered and insuline responce and that's why you were craving the chocolate. It's an endless circle so I will help you to work on this and get through it I want you sooo BADLY to succeed but, the bad has to go OK. This is a great group we are all sooo supportive and we are working together for one goal to get Healthy and feel good about our bodies. It's important to really look at things before we put them in our mouths. What I do is look at what I am going to eat and ask myself is this going to help me get to my goal if the answer is no then I don't eat it. Low carb bars are a big one it's basically replacing high sugar with the alternative. I am not trying to be a dictator just wanna open yours and anyone eleses eyes who eats that. It's my opinion of course LOL we can all have those right.

              Any how I am going to go and veg then go to the doc and get my shot EEEK.

                Just finished my walk this morning, feeling pretty fantastic. It was hard during some of it but I kept with it and here I am DONE. It feels good to be finished with my excercise and to have the rest of the day all to myself to hang out with my little girl.

                I really need to post a picture of her, i keep talking about her but you guys don't know who i'm talking about. I'll do it.

                  Sarah I agree with you whole heartedly. When I started this WOE for the first few months I stayed away from all the frankenfoods. Then As I noticed I was losing I started to add some back in. I had heard that they were bad but I thought eh, just one here and there won't hurt. Well I stalled out BIG TIME. I was only losing 1 pound a month and when I went back to look at my food I noticed that that was the problem. I dropped them, I don't eat anything like that now. I'm human though, just like everyone else and I need to have alternatives or else I'm gonna want to cheat. So when I get the urge for sweet, I cut up about half a cup of strawberries and sprinkle splenda on top. This is so yummy and a delicious treat. You should try it.

                  I don't want to jump all over you, and i hope you don't feel like that's what I'm doing. I've just been there and back with those bars and the alcohol, (ask me about my birthday) and I know that it is 10 times harder to lose when your eating that. We are all here for each other to provide motivation, to encourage when we are feeling down, and to give each other a nice kick in the butt when we need it. Rikki I know you can do this, ((hug)).

                    I agree Whole heartedly there Yoly and I'm glad we are on the same page.

                    Good on ya with the exercsie mine has had to wait a bit today I am trying to get all this stuff ready for my garage sale I am having tomorrow a lot of work so I have been hauling boxes all morning. It's mostly kids stuff but, right before school when money is tight is a good time to have a sale I think.

                    Any how I'm glad we are all here for eachother and wish me luch on my run today I think I'm gunna need it...

                        Thanks guys! I agree totally. I have done atkins before and I do realize I lose much slower with these things, but honestly I don't make a regular habit of eating/drinking them. Anyway, just got off of work and am going to my boss's house(in another county) and to get my friends birthday present, some wine. I live in a dry county so it is on the way where I am going so I thought I would stop. Then it os off to my friend who's birthday is today. Hopefully I will get home before 10 but we'll see! I have to be to work at 8 in the morning and it is one of my 8am-12am days!!! ICK!!!!

                            My Run was Good Rikki I am glad you don't make a Habit of those nastie things they are sooo bad. Well I think they are any how LOL. SO you have a really long day tomorrow hey WOW those are some stupid Hours I must say I don't know how you work like that it's totally nuts. I hope you have enough nergy to have some time for yourself and get some rest we all need that.

                            I finished 4.5 miles running and it was a good run, I am however extremely fatigued due to TOM comming on really quick I hate that little bugger I'll keep on going though and get through it even know I wanna lay down and go to bed.

                              Had an awesome salad from my favorite mexican food restaraunt Johnny Tamalee. Fajita beef, lettace, tomatoe, avocado, red onions, and shredded cheese. Pour some salsa on top and you got yourself an increadible meal. So yummy!
