    scale free today - scale is in a different room, so will avoid. Also, got on Wii Fit and skipped the weigh-in part...that was tough, but will avoid! Also, this has gotten me to pay more attention to my water/journal - good things!

      Wow ... what a great coincidence that I didn't weigh myself this morning. Got a "signal" from "TOM" today - he's gunna be "paying me a visit" this week.


      So, using that excuse ... day one is a success!

          bar, i've seen a couple mentions of this wii fit thing. tell me more? does this thing weigh you every time you use it? are there settings on it for target heart rate, bp and so on?

          we don't have wii fit
          i don't think i actually know anybody who has wii fit except of course for the members here at adbb.

            It was hard but I stayed strong and put my scale away where I cant see it until the challenge is over.I WILL DO THIS!

              I didn't do it today either. I actually went off plan yesterday afternoon (please no tomatoes, I have no excuses for my behavior) and felt soooo guilty I worked out. Don't ask please I am trying to forget and get back to my usual good habits.

              I was so glad I didn't weigh myself and it's a wonder I was still positive on the sticks all day today. All though that's not my end all.

              To a better day and week. I can't believe I sabatoged my efforts yesterday, I was not in my right mind.

                No weighing today, but I thought about a giant cinnamon bun today. Instead I made some legal ice cream.

                  even though some of you have struggled, you are staying the course, staying strong and staying away from big ol' cinnamon buns. GOOD JOB!

                      It is normally apart of my morning routine, but today I took it out. No weighing for me. It helped that I was running late.

                            Am I out of the challenge if I did weigh myself? If so I guess I am the first one out...

                            I weighed myself today at the kids nap time...I thought having the scale put under the sink (that has child proof locks) would be enough of a deterrent but I guess not.

                            My hubby is going to take the scale out to his shop and hide it so tomorrow might be better.

                                Hey, sorry I've been real busy with school work, but I weighed myself Sunday at 227. Didn't even have time to think about looking at the scale yesterday and today so far seems to be the same deal :]
                                F - 5'6"
