Day 19 cheat-free! Day 14 yeast-free diet! Yeah! I get to have coffee and tea tomorrow! And bacon and mayo and mustard! You don't know how much you miss condiments until you can't have them for 14 days. It felt like 14 months!
I did 45 minutes exercise today: 15 minutes floor exercises and 2 miles walk away the pounds video.

Yay - I'm in bed - so day 2 complete!!! And I have really really enjoyed my food today!! I've just made a cheddar and onion quiche for my lunch in work tomorrow (and the rest of the week!) - just need a salad to go with it!!
so bring on day 3!! hehe!!

Is the cheddar onion quiche something you have a recipe for? If you do, I would love to have it.
Day 21 for me, and pretty much any and all cravings are gone. My hubby keeps his junk food in the house and I don't even look twice at it. I love this WOE, it's so much easier than struggling when you don't even want the crap food anymore.
The difference between 'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an eggs-and-ham breakfast: the chicken was 'involved' - the pig was 'committed'.

My 2008 Challenge ticker, complete with an Easter bunny hopping toward goal!
I'm not even going to wait for tonight to come here and confess and knock my days back down to zero! After talking myself out of breaking the yeast-free diet early all day long, I caved after 10 pm and broke my other rule of not eating anywhere but at the table. It's not so much that I ate cream cheese a few hours early, but the fact that I ate after 7 pm and even in bed and when not truly hungry. And, yes, it spiraled on to actually eating non-Atkins legal foods.
While I still feel I needed to go on the yeast-free diet, it cut out so many Atkins legal foods that make staying legal so much easier. Mayo is one thing that nips my hunger and cravings in the bud. I feel yucky this morning and I had just got to feeling better. Big dummy!
I'm back to regular Atkins and have had a delicious breakfast with decaf coffee and am now drinking my second cup of green tea. We have a severe winter storm coming our way tomorrow, so I can have my hot beverages and make a big pot of chili! I couldn't have dry spices before, so no chili powder.

Hey Sunny,
Well done for fessing up and not letting it drag out. I can totally understand you on the restrictions of the yeast free diet - I haven't tried it but I don't think I could last a day on this WOL without mayo!

Good run Sunny. Why are you knocking your self allway back to zero?
I was nearing my end today too. But I havn't given in to the chick fa la cheese cake calling for me. It said "Daina, one slice won't hurt you, just one" I said 'NO' I have come too far.
