            FIRM IT UP, 2/10/06.

            I have to admit, that workout is growing on me. You gotta like something with no lunges! Those side crunches with the leg out KILL me, though!

              February 7, 8, 9, 10 - Sick days


              My Slim series finally arrived today! Hopefully, I'll be feeling better this weekend and can get back on track with exercise.

              On a brighter note, I went down another size! I'm in single digits! I bought a pair of size 8 jeans last weekend!

                I was thinking about lunges yesterday morning. You know? I have been doing Si6 for like a year and a half. You would think lunges would get easier??????????

                  I was thinking the EXACT same thing. I know that I'm going really deep on a lot of them, but I'm still half-timing many of the lunge series, and I can't even begin to make it through the whole series in Tone it Up. The only one where I can do 100% of the lunges without stopping is RIU!

                    OK, Lawyerchick. You said no lunges in Firm It up, which I hadn't really noticed before. So I broke it out. You forgot to remind me that Firm It Up completely blasts your lower body!!! Man, my quads and hamstrings are soooo tight!! I think Cool It Down is in order for tomorrow for sure!!

                      Oh! I'm sorry, did I forget to mention that the "F" in Firm it Up stands for you know what? No lunges, but the squats MORE than make up for it!

                              That's still my favorite of the bunch, I think, followed closely by Shape it Up.

                                I forgot how much I love Tone it Up! What a great workout (even though that geeky muscle-bound guy still drives me crazy). My favs are Shape it Up and Tone it Up.
