    I read that sentance and started to cry. I actually think that. It just feels like this time I finally make everyone believe that I was going to do it (family) and i was doing great. Then they started noticing that it really WAS happeneing and started giving me compliments, thats when i started to crumble. When we started dating I was wearing all these cute clothes and always looked nice and all that. Not only have I stopped doing myself all up (because we've been together so long) but I stopped caring about what I look like around him. I let myself get huge. Its alright for him to eat all this junk food because he's a guy and it doesnt fase him in the least. He's trim and buff and perfect. and here I am. Starting at 260 pounds. Thats almost 300lbs! How disgusting. I think I bring this up alot but I was so popular and so outgoing before. Now it scares me to go anywhere because I know im bound to see someone that I know and have them look at me like HOLY SH&T!!!! Because the way I have transformed myself is seriously unbelievable. In the pic in my siggy I was around 180-190, but thats the most recent size of myself that I think i look half way decent. Most of my life I was 155-165ish. I could walk around on the beach in my bikini and not care, and know that I looked good. But now you wont even catch me in shorts and a tank top.

    Sorry for ranting, I do this everytime I get upset. Its useless to talk about the way things used to be. If I want to have all those feelings again that I have to do something about it. No excuses. I cant sit here and wine and expect the fat to fall off. It doesnt happen that way.

    Im sorry for once again, being the one to mess up. I will put the cheat-free thingy in my siggy and hop back on today. I need to step it up. BIG TIME!

      Hey Krystal that's what we are here for, we are all human have problems ETC, what will make you feel like you ahve done such a huge thing is next time you are stressed you just get through it an any way you possibly can, come online rant Buy a bar if the need be cut it in small pieces freeze it and have a few pieces, if ya eat the whole thing who care having something like that is better then doing this to yourself again I totally belive that and in times of stress I have done this and it help immencely.

      I know you can do it Krystal I'm here for you I have been where you are and now I feel worth every effort worth every pound every inch and soon you will too just keep going and all the good things will happen.

      Hey guys I didn't exercise yesterday I am a BAD girl I am very hard on myself as is YOLY, Oh, Yoly girl you just gotta let it go hey you know one thing you can do for exercise well kind of exercise replace the chair at your puter with an exercise ball and sit on that it's also good for balance and also it's great for the abs and back you can bounce on it between papers or roll from side to side while reading you would be surprised how beneficial it is, so don't worry if you can't get the big workouts done if you can do something even small that's great. Tehre are times I ahve my litte guy sit on my lap and put my legs infront or to the side and bounce with the little guy on my lap what a great leg workout. SO try that for now. I am gunna replace my chair with the ball but I need a bigger one HE HE HE.

      ANy Who it's short run day adn I HAVE to do weights NO EXCUSES at all today have to do it and I WILL.

        Hey Gals I am sitting here in my workout gear getting ready to run. 17 miles everyone WOOHOO can you freaken belive it this is Just Bonkers YAY ME. This is over a 3 hour run cause my last one was 2 hours 55 minutes so this one is 1 mile further.

        I know you will all be chearing me on here cause I really need it this morning I am dragging my sorry but, but I will get it done I Promise.

            I just finished my nastie *** run and now I know what it feels like to hit the wall so they call it but, I mentally pushed through it and did the entire 17 miles took 3:08:20 Holly crap I am soo bagged I could fall over dead ROFL. Maybe I will HE HE

                Well ladies I have good news,

                I finished my paper!!!!

                20 pages, I can't believe I just wrote 20 pages, omg, i feel like i did after giving birth, omg!!!

                Tomorrow I am gonna read it over one more time to check for mistakes and then I am turning that sucker in on Tuesday. I have two more short essays adn one short exam. Phew, after writting twenty pages the rest of them will be a piece of cake. I have all day tomorrow to work on them too. I am gonna take a half day at work and focus on getting these last two done. If I can finish them both then I will be done with school on Tuesday! I want to cry, it is kind of anti-clamatic, I feel surreal. I know I am gonna breath easier on Wednesday, plus after next week I have 3 weeks off from work and school, 3 weeks!!! I can't wait!

                I havent' excercised in 4 days and counting, tomorrow I might be able to fit it in in the morning but I'm not making any promises. I want to get to work early since I am leaving early to work on some more stuff. I am not finished with school work but I definatly see the light at the end of the tunnel, omg, I can't believe I just wrote a 20 page paper, that's almost a 1/4 of the master's thesis I will have to write in 2 years, I can totally do it!

                      OK I weighed I KNEW I LOST WOHOOO I am in the 180's girls WOOHOOO K I took the batteries out of the scale and put it away till the new year now. I weighed 189 WOOHOO and it was fluctuating down 1 more pound too how exciting.

                        YA baby I lost inches OK Now I am having the best day woohoo. My waist is under 30 inches like 29.75 Craziness, my stomcah is 38 and Get this my legs went down 1 whole inch to 27 WOOOHOOOOOO!!!

                            Hey ladies...

                            Well I said that I was gonna hop right back on after i posted my confession. That didnt happen. I promised I would be cheat free starting saturday. That didnt happen. So I woke up this morning in a bad mood. Thought to myself....today is gonna be another cheat day. Ate me 2 hot dogs for breakfast. Lunch time I went to wendys and got 2 jr. bacons and ate without the bun. For dinner I had a pork chop with green beans. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!! I didnt cheat! woo hoo! WAY TO GO ME!!! Im not sure about hot dogs for breakfast though, lol. I just needed something quick that fills me up so thats what i grabbed.

                            Hopefully I will keep on it. I cant believe I fell off though. I was doing so well too. Now I feel all huge and bloated and I just wanna tuck in my legs and roll everywhere. LOL

                            Alright well im off to win some stuff on Ebay and then hit the sack. Goodnight!

                              Well my First measurements are from Jan of 2005 so almost a year ago I will get my measurements on the Body comp and transfer them here so you all can see K.

                                OK, for yesterday I had

                                crustless quiche(1/6 of pie)(mush, spin, sausage, cheese)
                                S: a few pieces pepperoni and salami
                                L: bacon cheeseburger from Ocharleys with veggies
                                S: luncheon meat
                                D: Flax muffin blt... very good
                                So far this morning I am planning on...
                                B: 1/6 crustless quiche
                                S: string cheese
                                L: Flax sandwich, either blt or cheese steak, or burger...who knows!
                                D?? Probably baked chicken, maybe stuffed with something?

                                Yesterday I was excellent exercise wise, I did RIU, TJ, and 6pk!
                                Today I am about to go do RIU, then some other exercise I don't know what yet!
