I'm very frustrated!!!! I can do Atkins and do it well! But by the time I get to the third week, nothing! i cannont loose beyond the 2 weeks. I've gone for 4 weeks to 3 months and I want to know what the deal is!
Can anyone help me?

Sarbirus, we all have those times and none of us are perfect. But you're home now and can refocus and get back on track. I bet those extra pounds come off quicker than you think!

G - What if you added some eggs to the hashbrowns and they would mold more? I haven't tried it yet either. I bought a bunch of radishes today. I'm going to try them panfried....something different. I love them cold with salt.
