Thats all I had time for today.
I'm still feeling fatigued from the Shape It Up workout from yesterday. I'm not sore, but my arms, especially, are weak.
What do you all think about the dorky muscle-bound guy in Shape It Up? Did you notice he never looks straight ahead -- always off to the side. I wonder if he is watching himself on a video or in a mirror or something. I always want to yell at him and tell him to look straight ahead. I guess during these workouts I get a little crabby!
I think most of the men she has on her videos are goofy!

Well, the plan was to get a video in this morning. Forgot I have an appointment with the dentist! So I will get to it later! I had 2 days away from videos and am having a hard time getting my motivation back!! Plus something is up with my hip? We'll see how it goes. I'll report back later! (Probably drooling from the novocain!! LOL)

Floyd Girl- Debbie does have the dork factor going on with the men in her videos. She needs to get some hotties and then I would be more motivated.

The whole time I was trying to keep up, I was hearing Madonna singing "Like a Virgin" because doing that video was like doing it for the very first time. I stunk and was a total wuss. I am going to be spending more time with the little pixie since I need her to whip me back into shape.
